As we step into another calendar year I'd like to share with you a few facts that I hope inspire you to keep going in whatever it is that soothes your soul 🌿

1. This was originally a healing journey not a business plan
2. Ive learnt more about myself while building Live And Breathe Soulfully than i ever have in my whole life.
3. Covid took a career away from me but enabled me to step out and never work for anyone else again.
4. I have no idea what I'm doing
5. But I follow my intuition on everything.

Let this be a sweet little thank-you to those who choose us. Thank-you to those who share life and experiences with us and keep us empowered in what we do.

All in all i was too busy to post but you've heard it now- We are here right through till the 22nd of December, then we will be having a two week break before returning for a fresh new year!

So many things are happening for us over here We are dropping new product, we are growing and still showing up to our markets and events.

We will be back out at our spot in Whatawhata from the 9th of December and for that we have some gooood news too!

Te Mana Kuratahi 2025 Primary School Kapa Haka Nationals! Our first event in this space and my oh my how beautiful it was to be surrounded by our reo, our tamariki, our waiata and our tangata at such an exhilarating kaupapa!
