I started to neglect my self again so I decided yesterday after watching a few old vids and receiving a few tags from me old mate @chasing_maungaz, that I needed to get back into documenting my day routines
and creating new goals for my self so when I look back at them in 6months I can visually see what I have achieved or were I fallen off the boat.
