I’m posting this to hold myself accountable.
I’m posting this because I’m embarrassed.

I thought I’d let you in on a little bit of my life, I’m all about being straight up honest and real about who I am, I’m gonna start 75 hard/ medium!

I’m sick of being unhealthy and unfit. I’m getting old and life is catching up on me so it’s time to spend some time in myself.

We have arrived at Waitangi whanau!

What is Waitangi you might ask?
For those that are foreign on here.

The Treaty of Waitangi that was signed and founded in Waitangi, sometimes referred to as Te Tiriti, is the founding document to New Zealand and a special importance to the history of our country!

Today we are here in the mighty north to honour the signing of it and put a protest and try to stop to all changes that the current government wanna do to our founding documents.

It’s a scary thing to be apart of but also history in its self.
Everyone should fight for the right for what they believe in, that’s the least we can do for ourselves.
Even if those around you don’t believe in it, do it for yourself!

So I’m excited to meet you all and so is my friend Lachie, can’t wait to make some noise and have fun!

I usually keep this sort of stuff to myself, I don’t really talk about my family or anything like that as my family gets a lot of stick because of me sometimes and I feel like it’s a burden.

Not because of my Tourettes but because of all the TikTok shizz, it’s quite overwhelming.

I went into Waikato hospital yesterday and when walking into the psych ward there were people outside filming me, and probably starting rumours “what’s uncle tics doing here?” we do have lives outside of social media aye! …

But I wanted to talk about my day and my beautiful little sister!

This is my baby sister Narnea! She is a beautiful girl, and I’d do anything for her! I wanted to make this post to support her because I know she’d appreciate it and she is 8 days sober.

Narnea has suffered with a few health problems lately but it was such a cool thing to see her happy.

This year has been challenging for her!
When she thought using drugs and alcohol every single day, was the only way to stay on path, but that didn’t last and it was not forever.

When she agreed to having hospital help or going into rehab it made me smile she knew the time was now and that she wanted to accept the help. Nothing is easy, everything takes time.

I hope with sharing our experiences as a whanau it will show others out there that nothing is perfect, it’s ok to be different or ask for help.

You are never alone.
So to conclude I’m very proud of my little sister and I look forward to spending Christmas with you and the rest of our whanau (family)

Farrrrk me, I’m 30 today! And this has been the last few days.

Olivia and I are going to do a baking video for celebrating my 30th but right now here are a few photos from my weekend!

Last week I wanted to give up on this whole app all together and move on, I was sick and tired of being disappointed, bullied and shunned. Not being able to be myself happily and confidently and always pushed to the side started to really hurt me and play on my emotions. I would stay up late at night and not be able to sleep. The bullying on the streets were just as bad and it was getting worse. Everything was coming to a halt. Then I got this message and remembered why I do what I do, and thanks to them and many others I ended up reading into, you all had my back!

So thank you, I love you all!
Also I’m losing weight, I’m lighter than I’ve been in a long time and I’m happy!

It’s mental health awareness week in New Zealand and I just wanted to give a massive shout out to my fiancée Olivia for always having my back, supporting me and making sure life flows well.

Sometimes we can all get into that rut and it’s hard to get out, but with the right people around you, you can concur anything!
