Simon Barnett is coming home to MORE FM! The broadcasting legend will be re-joining the MediaWorks whānau in early 2025. Simon will return to his previous home of over two decades - The More FM Breakfast Club - alongside current hosts Lana Cochrane-Searle, Adam Percival and Paul Ego.

On behalf of The Breakfast Club, host Lana Cochrane-Searle commented “We’re so stoked to have our mate Si back on board with us! His infectious laugh and boyish charm will really brighten up our mornings. We have so many fond memories of working with Si in the past and can’t wait to create more magic with him soon.”

Iconic broadcaster Gary McCormick is bringing his magic back to Breakfast radio! Returning to his breakfast radio roots on Tuesday 8 August when he teams up with radio stalwart Mark McCarron for a new look breakfast show on Magic music station.

Recently we hosted a very special Leaders Lunch at the stunning The Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora. Bringing together business leaders from across Ōtautahi to hear some inspiration from a leader and legend we all love - Scott 'Razor' Robertson! We also celebrated 25 years of partnership with the Crusaders. Lots of great yarns and laughs were had.

Last Friday the More FM's Breakfast club celebrated the end of an era. After 18 years at More FM, the legendary Gary McCormick wrapped up his time on the show. Today, the baton was passed over to Paul Ego for the new Breakfast Club's first official day on air! If you didn't catch them this morning, wake up for a laugh tomorrow with Lana, Adam & Paul, your mates from 5:30am.
