Movember is about raising awareness about men’s mental health…

The issue of su***de is incredibly complex. But we know this: improving overall mental health and helping men establish better social connections can reduce the risk of su***de.

If you’ve got a mate, co-worker, family member that’s down, get them outside and do something to get the blood flowing. And most importantly talk about it. Let them know you’re there for them and make the effort.

Turning the ‘Bro Zone’ into a Mo Zone last weekend.

What a session it was. The boys have done an awesome job. Plenty of groms out riding and seeing the lads sending the big line was a great way to finish up.
Not everyones day is this good, in fact many people are suffering daily and doing it tough.
People’s mental health can really take its toll. Don’t be afraid to speak up if you’re in a tough spot.
