I finished up with my coach yesterday (sadly lol but so gratefully too) and something I learnt and hopefully finally grasped is that I’m not fu***ng normal but that I also don’t want to be! I do s**t that not everyone does and sometimes I get judged for it! However I also find so much empowerment in it for myself and for others too..I also talk to dead people - and sometimes when I actually think about that I’m like holy s**t people must think I’m so strange sometimes 🤣 and I engage with spirit and tap into my intuition too and just allow spirit to work through me bringing through messages by trusting that what comes through is suppose to!! I realised I actually would prefer to be interesting and different than the same and fu***ng boring as hell or try to be anything else which at times I try to be “normal” but it kinda just doesn’t work for me… I realized that I have spent too much time around people who tried to place me in a box of what they wanted me to look like and I took too much on of others opinions and telling me I was too much of this or I shouldn’t do that and I’d kinda listen to just keep the peace really to try protect myself from it and it’s been a process to let that s**t go and just be myself in whatever way that is! It also helps that I no longer have people in my life like that - I’m just still sometimes stamping out the embers of sometimes how much their opinions at times burnt..or the level of their control that took over my own ability to be myself and stand in my own power…so sometimes I’m still dealing with the after affects of caring what others thought/think of me.. I’m learning to just let go and be who I came here to be…. Me - in all my glory! And if people want to be apart of that cool, if they don’t also cool! No one has to like me and I also don’t have to care!

Let’s make 2025 a year of wholeheartedly and unapologetically stepping more into being ourselves….if you want someone to support you on that journey I have coaching spaces available for the new year! One day someone will look at you in a way the last one didn’t…
He will love you the way the last one couldn’t..
He will never give up on you or not appreciate everything you gave him…
He won’t let you cry alone..
He won’t tell others you’re a bad person to cover up the things he did to you…
He won’t want any other woman because he will want you..
He will make time for you without having to ask..
He will respect you and protect you with all he has..
He won’t let anyone treat you badly..
He will hold you like he’s never letting you go…
He will be there when you need him..
He will be the man no other man could and when he shows up you will know it’s him because he won’t stop showing up for you….

You deserve this man….
You deserve all the love you pour into others…. The love you know you will show him too… the love you’ve fiercely shown others who didn’t know how to love you…
