World Indigenous Broadcasters Network WIBN unites Indigenous broadcasters from around the world to strengthen and promote Indigenous languages, cultures and storytelling.

The World Indigenous Broadcasters Network (WIBN) is a global alliance of Indigenous broadcasters committed to advancing Indigenous storytelling, languages and cultures. Our founding members include Whakaata Māori (New Zealand), National Indigenous Television -NITV (Australia), Aboriginal Peoples Television Network APTN (Canada), NRK Sápmi (Norway) and

Taiwan Indigenous Television TITV (Taiwan). Established in 2008, WIBN is a not-for-profit organisation that fosters collaboration and strengthens the Indigenous media sector through initiatives such as content sharing, training opportunities, staff exchanges and international networking. As members of WIBN, broadcasters are united by a shared commitment: to preserve, promote and revitalise Indigenous languages, cultures and narratives for generations to come.

The Miaoli Zaoqiao Pumpkin Festival will open on June 6. In addition to creating an adorable 8-meter-tall giant pumpkin art installation, the organizers have also built a 100-meter-long tunnel decorated with small pumpkins hanging like light bulbs.
