🌞🍉 What a fantastic day for a picnic! 🍉🌞

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our annual picnic yesterday! It was an absolute delight to spend time with all of you in the great outdoors, enjoying delicious food and wonderful company. From the fun games to the mouthwatering snacks, every moment was filled with joy and laughter.

Special shoutout to the executive committee for their contributions in making this event a memorable one. Your hard work and dedication truly paid off, and we couldn't have done it without you!

Let's cherish these beautiful memories and look forward to many more gatherings in the future.

আজ ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারী, আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস। ১৯৫২ সালের এই দিনে বাংলা ভাষার জন্য জীবন দিয়েছিলেন সালাম, বরকত, রফিক, শফিক ছাড়াও নাম না জানা আরো অনেকে। যাদের রক্তের বিনিময়ে আজ আমরা কথা বলছি মায়ের ভাষায়, বাংলা ভাষায়। শহীদদের রক্তের মূল্য হিসেবে আজ ২১ শে ফেব্রুয়ারী পেয়েছে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবসের স্বীকৃতি। সকল ভাষা শহীদদের প্রতি সর্বজনীন পূজা সংঘ পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে জানাচ্ছি গভীর শ্রদ্ধা।

Today, February 21st, is International Mother Language Day. On this day in 1952, Salam, Barkat, Rafiq, Shafiur, and many others sacrificed their lives for the Bengali language. We are speaking in our mother tongue, Bengali, in exchange for their blood. February 21st has been recognized as International Mother Language Day as a tribute to the value of the martyrs' blood. On behalf of the entire Sarbojanin Puja Sangha community, we express deep respect and gratitude to the martyrs.

Sarbojonin Puja Sangha is pleased to invite you to Saraswati Puja, on Saturday, 17th February, 2024, to seek the blessings of Maa Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge, music and art, on the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami.

Vasant Panchami marks the beginning of the spring season. The festival of spring is celebrated with full vivacity and joy. It is a festival celebrated by the youth, particularly students who invoke the blessings of the Goddess for success in learning, arts and crafts.

Place: Ferndale House. 830, New North Road, Mt Albert, Auckland
Date: Sat 17-Feb, 2024 from 12 noon to 6 PM
