✰✮★ PYRO ★✮✰

Pyro started spinning tunes way back in early 2002 with the purchase of his first set of decks not long after arriving in London.

Like a lot of Hard Trance DJs he was first hooked on the banging sound of Hard House but after about a year he discovered his true passion (with a whole lot of help from the birth of the Tidy Two label!): Uplifting Hard Trance.

Pyro has played support alongside Phil Reynolds, Skol, K90, Steve Hill, Andy Farley, Ilogik, Andy Whitby, Cally Gage, James Nardi, Butcher Boy, Justin Charge, Adam M & Jody 6.

On his return to Wellington from London in 2004 until 2006, Pyro hosted his own Radio show IGNITE! on Firm107FM - Fridays 1am-3am & then Saturdays 11pm-1am. He regularly played out & around in Wellington for such promotions as X-plicit, Twisted?, Fevah, Decadance, Firm Nation, HARDeNUF?, Crank & IGNITE!.

After an epic trip to Europe in 2018 where he played at the infamous week long X-Static Ibiza festival, he has been a regular on the Keeping Hard House Alive page with a fortnightly Hard Trance Takeover show plus playing on the Keeping Trance Alive page every other week. He has also played for the Vinyl Warriors Aus / NZ tour 2019 in Melbourne & was booked to play for them again this year in Wellington but Covid had other ideas - booo!

LHHR has long been on his wish list since the first one & he can't wait to get behind the decks & bring the heat - if you have seen any of his weekly sets for the Lockdown Legends then you know they are always packed with high energy tracks & loads of vocals so turn it up & lets party!

We’re very excited to welcome him onboard & close the Fevah Room on a euphoric high note for us this year. Make sure to stick around for Pyro’s debut set at London Hard House Reunion on the 17th of October @ Studio The Venue, Auckland 💚
