Universal Homes is a leading property development company in Auckland, New Zealand, known for offering high-quality homes. To effectively showcase their properties available for purchase, Universal Homes engaged Klaxon and Spec Media for their website development.

Spec Media collaborated closely with Jacob Slack from Klaxon Design to design and build this online platform.

This site is fully responsive across all devices and provides users with a great browsing experience regardless of the device they use. We also prioritised performance by ensuring the website loads quickly, to assist with user retention. Additionally, the site was developed with a user-friendly content management system, enabling Universal Homes’ staff to effortlessly manage website content, including adding new real estate agents and properties.

Fishing Boat NZ is New Zealand’s largest Yamaha Marine dealer and are retailers for Senator Boats, Surtees Boats and Yamaha WaveRunners.

Fishing Boats engaged with Spec Media to help with redesigning a website that would display their current stock online. We built this responsive website to be easy-to-use and navigate making it easy for customers to locate what they are looking for.

We also custom coded cool little features like the finance rates that would automatically calculate on the front end providing customers with accurate finance rates on all listings across the site.

We also increased the load speed of the load speed of this site by 400% compared to the original website.

NZ Food Story is a website that displays the adventures and TV series of the NZ celebrity chef Ben Bayly. The website displays Ben’s TV series, episodes and stories.

We developed and built this website by collaborating Klaxon. We built this site to be responsive across all devices and optimised for SEO with a super quick load speed.

We built this site using WordPress CMS and made an easy-to-use system making it a breeze for the the team from NZ Food Story to add their own content quickly and seamlessly.
