Industrial Nature Records is thrilled to announce the
release of the LOKO album. This is an 11 track Hip-Hop album and collection of songs detailing the life of New Zealand rapper K.D Lok.
This project details a side of New Zealand not commonly spoken about, pulling back the curtain. This project is made as an accompaniment for a documentary produced by NZME by the same name.

E Tu starts the album. It is a song about the Māori people and the struggle for sovereign rights over their own land. The production gives a marching feel, as it calls for those to stand up against oppression.

Real Talk details a day in streets of New Zealand during the early 2000s.

Jail Time takes you on a journey as an incarcerated man. Gives you a fly on the wall perspective about his time in the cells.

Holding On is dedicated to his son. A sweet song about a father trying to do the best he can, regardless of the circumstance.

To sum it all up this album is a work of identity, adversity and redemption.

Nuance is a producer/engineer from Northland; New Zealand, bringing fresh takes on classic formulas, and a dash of classic vibes to new flavours.

Following up from the acclaimed Heal My Heart E.P. from April 2021, the latest release gives homage to the amen break and the pirate radio styles of DnB from the early 2000's.

Tane's Groove is a collaboration with Bobby Stingray as part of I.N. (industrial Nature) It aims to lead you deep into the jungle.

Amen Soldier is a straight up jungle track. There is a breakbeat. There is BASS. And it is massive....!!!

Air Raid is a steady, tough roller to keep the party going.

Heal My Heart has been a crowd favourite during live sets. So, we are releasing it as a single along with 2 fresh remixes.The original version is smooth with deep pads and a smooth horn line. A deep house number from Bobby Stingray, giving a nod to underground legends. It is minimal percussion driven and ready for the 2am season. The second remix is Nuance’s 2 step interpretation with a slick bass line and airy pads.

Nuance/ Is a DJ/MC and producer hailing from the rolling hills of Northland.
He began his musical journey with an AKAI MPC 2000xl and a crate full of old records to dig through; later on lending his synth skills to a few bands, along with battling on the mic and releasing his first project: Alpha and Omega.

Along with 2 new solo projects last year Grafting 1 and 2. His current musical out showcase underground house with a gritty and refreshing twist. 2Step and house jams along with some classic boom bap.

His music style is best summed up with hard drums, obscure samples, dubbed out horns, smooth pads, deep pianos and analog bass lines.

As the co-founder of I.N, he has been busy producing new releases for collaborations and remixes for our upcoming Heal My Heart E.P. (coming out on April the 17th).

His releases this year include: Simmer Down and Journey to the West- alongside Bobby Stingray.

Born in the undergrowth of Waitakere; New Zealand, bobbystingray is a passionate and dedicated figure in the
electronic and underground music realm. After being brought up by folk musicians- subsequently breaking out
into more extreme formats such as d-beat and hardcore punk rock during his adolescent years, electronic format beckoned
with the promise of musical independence and freedom.

Stemming from many veins of sonic influence, Stingray's current artistic direction varies like his everyday selections,
as well as his mood.

From dubby, ambient psychedelic tones and chilled, groovy rhythms; to gritty 2step flavours and hectic jungle breaks-
you can find the Stingray in the shallows of many different stylistic archipelagos, you may also find him basking in the
G-Funk Lagoon, paying homage to the greatest era in hip hop history.
