The signature Restaurant of Yak and Yeti – Sunrise went under refurbishment on the 31st of August 2019, on 4th February we celebrate the launch in its new avatar; Spice Room- An Innately Indian Fine Dining Destination.
On the occasion of the opening; Yak and Yeti as part of its corporate social responsibility in collaboration with Cancer Care Nepal is contributing a part of its revenue from to support and encourage the noble work being carried out. The Chairman of Cancer Care Nepal would grace the occasion to receive the token of our appreciation.
The Hotel General Manager, Miss Monika Scheiblauer is also hosting a star studded dinner at Spice Room to commemorate this day. The event is being graced by many ambassadors, notable personalities and distinguished guests. We have the Cd’A of Indian Embassy Mr. Ajay Kumar, Russian Ambassador, H.E Mr. Alexei A Novikov, Israeli Ambassador H.E. Mr. Benny Omer, Finland Ambassador H.E. Mr. Pertti Anttinen, South Korean Ambassador H.E. Mr. Park Young Sik, among the list of distinguished personalities present for the event.

The wooden interiors and floors dedicated to the traditional Newari carving have been retained whereas the wall pattern redefines the theme of Spice Room.
