उपाधी विजेताहरुलाई निर्णायक मण्डलका सदस्यहरु टेलिभिजन कार्यक्रम प्रस्तोता एवम् निर्देशक सरोज ओझा, चलचित्र पत्रकार एवम् निर्देशक माधव खरेल, महिला व्यवसायी एवम् पूर्व सुपर प्लस साइज उपाधी विजेता (मोडेल) जुली महतो र इभेन्ट अर्गनाइजर महेश केसी र आयोजक कम्पनी मोडल सङस नेपालका सिईओ डेभिल सिंह राजपुतले क्राउन हस्ताण्तरण गरेका थिए ।

रोजिन शाक्यको कोरियोग्राफीमा सम्पन उक्त प्रतियोगितामा स्वस्ति दंगालले कार्यक्रम निर्देशक र परमानन्द चौधरी एवम् सोमराज बाँस्तोलाले कार्यक्रम संयोजकको भूमिका निर्वाह गरेका थिए। कार्यक्रम प्लस साइज क्लोथिङ स्टोर वुमनियाको टाईटल स्पोन्सरशिपम सम्पन्न भएको हो ।
