हामीले यस क्षेत्र बाहिरका विभिन्न व्यक्तिहरूबाट सल्लाह लियौं, जस्तै अधिवक्ताहरू, पूर्व न्यायाधीशहरू, वरिष्ठ चिकित्सकहरू, नेपाल मेडिकल काउन्सिलका पूर्व पदाधिकारीहरू, र नेपाल मेडिकल काउन्सिलमा निर्वाचित सदस्यहरू। थप रूपमा, हामीले अनौपचारिक रूपमा मेडिकल शिक्षा आयोगसँग पनि कुरा गर्यौं। हामीले त्यस्ता व्यक्तिहरूबाट सल्लाह लियौं, #जो_UCMSको_प्रभावमा_छैनन्।
कलेजले यसअघि गरेका कामहरू यस राष्ट्रका धेरै कानुनहरूको उल्लङ्घन गरेको छ र आवश्यकता पर्दा हामी कानुनको बुंदासहित सूचित गर्नेछौं। यसका लागि यो संस्था र जिम्मेवार व्यक्तिहरू जस्तै इन्टर्न को-ऑर्डिनेटर( Intern Co-ordinator),Medical Superintendent,CEO र शैक्षिक प्रमुख( Academic head) कानुनी कारबाहीको सामना गर्न सक्छन् यदि हामी यसलाई सम्पूर्णरूपमा अघि बढाउनेहो भने।
आवश्यक परे, यहाँ अध्ययन गरिरहेका सबै ब्याचहरूले फेरि एकजुट हुनु पर्छ र हाम्रो भविष्यसँग खेल्ने यो दुष्ट मानसिकतालाई नष्ट गर्नु पर्छ। अघिल्लो पटक हामीले हाम्रा सम्मानित शिक्षकहरूको कारण सम्झौता गर्यौं, तर यस पटक पूर्णरूपमा पूरा नहुँदासम्म हामी रोकिनु हुँदैन।

-Er has no proper well functioning ventilator
No scissors,Only one thermometer in 29 bed EMERGENCY ETC.
-Pt. care is delayed not bcz of doctors but bcz attenders are not sufficie in number to handle the ER.one patients have to wait for 5 6 hours to get usg, ct done etc
- Every Single wards and departments have very little issues such as No proper air Ventilation in Labor Room , No ACs , Functioning Fans in Wards etc etc etc
-The ABG machine in icu and central lab gets hanged in every alternate days
-The whole computer network is shut down since 3 4 days
- Due to suspension 1 intern has to do job of 4 alone and plus these rules.
-NO NEW EDITION BOOKS IN LIBRARY FOR STUDENTS
- Underpaid residents and interns
-NO SKILL TRAININGS FOR INTERNS ONLY THE WORK OF ATTENDERS

And There you Go !! You are just an Egoistic personnel and nothing else.
You knowingly are blocking Convocation , Games , Different charitable activities for particular batches who stood against you because you were wrong !
You are wrong again..you were wrong then ..God knows about the future✌.
The atrocities students face here in UCMS is getting worse .
Must take cognigance for many hidden issues here with direct communication with students rather having tea within the OFFICE of UCMS and deciding everything is alright !

This is what makes us very sad 😔
This was the reason all those protests happened. Why students are again and again being pushed off from the logical evaluation??
Being on that post if you are unable to understand your own students..what else are you in that post for ??
" You must listen to your Boss !" Is the slavery mindset for which millions of people even died fighting off against such oppressors.
Why is it so tough for BODz,Administration to understand the ground reality of UCMS ?
" Kasailey Uchalye , Falano doctors , falano teachers etc etc " are Purposeless Pretendings & core issue of the students are always missed behind one fake propaganda being fed to BODs 😑 This is what pushes students to take very harsh steps . When every single person who can help goes blind , there comes Protest- Aggression-Negativity-Disturbances.
The reason is only one
" Students are not heard at all !You dont want students to be competent enough but slaves,silent hard worker in the name of discipline ". Please stop this ! Allow them adequate study gaps , proper time for studying and revision of the course . 🙏

तर जब ती निर्दयी छायाँहरू आए,
तिम्रो उज्यालो भविष्य अन्धकार भयो
यो कदापि अपराध मात्र होइन,

अब उठ, यो पीडा बोकेर होइन,
लड, ती सबैलाई सिकाउन,
यो संसार जगाउन
कि नारी केवल शरीर होइन,

गर्जियोस् आवाज, उठोस् ध्वनी,

Is there is IOM for ucms or not
Why they are neglecting core problems of ucms bhairawaha student..
Our principal detaine our final year exam theory and practical due to 2 mark even IOM has cleared that we have to get 80 total from surgery A and B to get pass in exam.
Although we students has secured 80 but she brought new criteria without consent of iom she set of criteria to pass each paper to attend board exam but also we students have agreed and we didn't given our most waited exam final year exam of MBBS.
Now result published she warned to give internal assessment and pass to attend again board supplement exam .
We all know supplements exam is our right but now she is interfering in this case also .
But also we agreed to gave exam now She published notice without any any gap between subjects
Even IOM will will give gap in exam but she didn't we have given surgery A exam and very next morning we have to again give anaesthsia dental and minor surgery with preparation of one night
But also we gave now she again she detained supple exam of many students.
Why higher authority are not seeing this issue in ucms
She always giving mentally torture to us..

Result of ucms is getting so poor because of her
Out 100 -22 are passed wow what a result .
New rules regulations are making without any logic and without Any consent form IOM

Somtimes its her character
Somtimes its her clothes
Sometimes its her body
But will it ever be their demeanor?

Dear mumma i eyed demon in human
Those glass pieces into my eyes
That bleeding from va**na
That blown out abdomen
I cried i tried i screamed
But it left unheard and unseen.

Dear baba u dropped me to the work,
Safest place running in head,
My daughter is a DOCTOR u proudly said,
Little did u know i will be lost in the darkness of it.

Dear life all the crests and troughs
I happily accepted, never grumbled
Today my torned body asks my soul
Was being a woman my crime?
Or just another prey of conditioned society ?

Today i am gone
I know my culprits will be shielded
I know the power and money will bury my cry
I dont know a time when woman stood for other woman(the govt.)
But here when they come , GOD cannot be escaped.

Those candles, those fear ,those tears
I am alive in them
I dont seek much
Just the justice to my soul and body.
Just no other little life to be victim of vulture heads.

I was ripped , torned and smothered
Was it just one ? Or many?
