Two years on, it's lovely to welcome our Argentinian friend Alex Elvíl back to the guest mix series - who slays it again with his tasteful and classy approach to mixing underground Electronica.

From an early age, Alejandro Paoletti has been involved in a contagious music scene. His father, a DJ in the 70s and 80s, introduced him to sounds that would define his future in music.

During his teenage years, he practiced and studied music, joining the rock circuit as a drummer whilst experimenting with several styles spanning Rock, Punk Rock, Pop and Electronica

He became interested in it and turned to mixing and production software. His a.k.a. changed to Alex ElVíl (a tribute to his father who was his teacher and an active part of this project).

This positive change naturally spawned new sounds and musical styles, which led Alex to meet national & international DJs which turned into performances across live shows, local events, radio shows and so much more.

Kicking off our 1ST release of 2023 on PuzzleProjectsMusic is the Italian 🇮🇹 Techno powerhouse Flavio MP - who has a richly deserved and long overdue first solo release on the label.

The brilliant Flavio has planted his flag firmly into the discographies of both labels through several EP releases on HOT GROOVERS and a series of explosive and critically acclaimed EP and remix collaborations with label boss Ben Spalding Music.

A hidden diamond, his production quality and output is nothing short of staggering and he continues to be one of the core artists not only driving forward his own discography with us, but also playing a major part in the growth of our projects.

His strongly defined underground minimalistic Techno sound is without question designed to tear into big rooms at peak-time and is showcased perfectly in ‘INTENTIONALLY’ EP, which drops in April and will be destroying floors this summer worldwide.

Mexican 🇲🇽 DJ and producer Dan Ros is in his 3RD year within the PuzzleProjectsMusic camp and has evolved into one hell of a promising talent - a wicked selector and also a highly creative and dedicated young producer.

His fresh perspective on underground Minimal Tech House and Deep Tech House music has been showcased on the label in single release and in collaborations with fellow Mexican producer Fernando Arce and on solo material on HOT GROOVERS.

Aside from working on a debut solo EP for 2024, Dan and label boss Ben Spalding Music have gone and continue to go on a wild production collaboration schedule together over the past 18 months - what started out as an idea to co-produce an EP together has now turned into EIGHT monster peak-time tracks including forthcoming remixes for BeatE and Tantok.

Today, Dan returns to the PuzzleProjectsMusic guest mix series with his 2nd mix and delivers MASSIVE vibes again.

A special day today to be able to share an early teaser of our first ever 12” vinyl release.

Over two years in the making and a strong education for me haha - this beautifully collaborative record epitomises the sound, ethos and culture of the label showcasing the sound of our long-term senior artists and more recent artists who are becoming a core part of the label.

Egos were put aside, so special studio collaborations could be formed by an extraordinary group of talented music producers, with a clear focus to make a unique record as a team.

Featuring 8 songs created by FunkeeSounds, Fernando Arce, Ronald Christoph, Katorzi Music, Steve Cole, Dan Ros, LeBant, daveJ, Flavio MP, Jacky Mal, RANKA, KAIR and label boss Ben Spalding Music.

As always a huge thank you to the long suffering label team for their patience, vision and constant willingness to go over and above for the music, artists and label to aim to deliver something memorable.

This record will be released in 4 parts over the next 2 years.

The rising Ecuadorian talent has just arrived to Oslo, Norway from Montañita, Ecuador - where he was a resident at the renowned Lost Beach Club, regularly performing alongside the elite artists including Technasia, Davide Squillace, Dennis Crux, Ben Rau, Rossi, Lee Foss, Doc Martin, Miguel Campbell, Steve Bug and many more.
