Vi har også gleden av å presentere terminlisten for Gutter 2004 i årets Ove Helgesen Trophy! :D

Lørdag 11.august sparkes turneringen i gang på Varden og spilles helt frem til finalene tirsdag 14.august. Vi ser frem til å ta i mot unge og lovende fotballspillere til årets høydepunkt!

Saturday the 11th of August the tournament will be launched on Varden and will be played until the finals Tuesday 14th of August. We look forward to welcoming young and promising football players to the highlight of the year!

Da har vi gleden av å endelig kunne publisere årets første terminliste for Ove Helgesen Trophy 2018 :D Her finner du full oversikt over turneringsoppsettet for Gutter 2003 og Gutter 2005. Vi gleder oss til et av årets store høydepunkter!

Banen som heter "Ny" er en helt ny kunstgressbane som ligger like utenfor garderobeanleggene som lagene bruker!

Then we have the pleasure of finally publishing this year's first fixtures for the Ove Helgesen Trophy 2018 :D Here you will find a full overview of the tournament layout for Boys 2003 and Boys 2005. We look forward to one of the year's highlights.

The pitch called "Ny" is a brand new artificial turf pitch that lies just outside the wardrobe systems that the teams use!

Last final of the Ove Helgesen Trophy 2017 we find Fulham FC Official take on FC Midtjylland for what turns out to be a memorial football match! Only 9 minutes in the game the boys from London got a penalty kick. The captain, Khavaran Williams, stepped up. Cold as ice he put them in a 1-0 lead early on. After this Fulham dominated the ball and created a lot of chances. Only two great saves from the Midtjylland goalkeeper kept the score 1-0 until the break. Both teams used the break well. Midtjylland used their strengths more and started to create more against the Fulham defense. The Fulham boys tried to keep the ball moving quick around. As we went closer to the finish the nerves and tension got higher. With only 6 minutes to go a handball from a Fulham defender gave Midtjylland the chance to equalize. Oscar Luigi Fraulo stepped up and put the danish side level. From here the tension got high with everything at stake. The final whistle went and we´re going to penalties.

After three penalties each Midtjylland lead 3-2. Both team score the next penalty. With the score 4-3 Midtjyllands Oscar Luigi Fraulo steps up with the opportunity to win it all. The drama would not end here. A great save from the Fulham keeper put them back in the game for a few seconds, but he keeper had moved of his line and the referee command a new kick. The pressure was on Oscar again. This time he controlled everything and smashed the ball back in the net. Midtjylland could then start the celebration!

In the interview we here Fulhams Khavarn Williams talk about the emotinal and tight final. The Player of the tournament Oscar Luigi Fraulo from Midtjylland talks about the feeling of winning this rollercoaster final. How good the tournament has been for the team and the teams they played against. Now it's time to celebrate.

First final of the day. Hosts FK Fyllingsdalen take on Lerum IF from Sweden in the Girls 2003 final. The swedish side went unbeaten through the group stage and only conceding one goal. A tight opening, but the swedish side took more control over the game. Just before half time Karin Tebelius got the opening goal. The second half started with two quick goals from Alice Sondergaard and Hanna Wijk. From here the swedish side had control and produced some good chances. At the end Fyllingsdalen got a few conterattacks and a freekick to test the swedes, but didn't get a goal. Therefore the swedish girls could celebrate their first international trophy.

After the match one of the goalscorers from the final Alice Sondergaard was voted Player of the tournament by the local jury. After a really good performance in the final and all the way through the tournaments this was a well earned trophy.
She was very happy with the teams performance in the tournament and the final. Now she looked forward to new adventures and to progress parts of here game. A high spirit in the team and a big celebration on the trip back to Sweden awaits.

Final day! Today we witness some great matches with high tempo and skills. Nerves and emotions running the field. We got winners and we got runners up. Most important we created memories. Big thanks to all the players, coaches, referees and fans who showed up today and through the tournament.

The first matches today was the bronze finale in Girls 2003 and Boys 2003. Åsane Fotball got a comfortable 2-0 win over Team Sunnhordaland after early goals from Tuva Kristofferson and Mathilde Sangolt. In the following bronze finale for the boys we saw Málaga CF got a 1-0 win over Sportsklubben Brann after a crucial second half header from Francisco Gallego Cea. The final minutes was really intense and emotional, but the spanish giants saw the game out.

Angel Manuel Fernandez Carmona shared HIS thoughts on the bronzemedal and his outstanding performance in the final. A young Malaga team was very happy with the tournament and the level of football they played and on the opponents. Despite loosing 1-0 Mikal Berg Kvinge was happy with his performance in the match and unlucky they didnt get a win. He's also pleased with the tournament and their experience from this tournament.

The sun arise above Varden! The last day of the tournament at Varden and we got ourselves some great matches today.
At the moment Åsane Fotball and Sunnhordaland play the bronze finale in Girls 03, with Åsane lead 2-0.
At Varden Kunstgress Fornebu Fotballklubb is 3-0 up against Elverum FK in the 11th place match for Boys 03.

The following matches are the norwegian duell between Viking Fotballklubb - Mjøndalen Fotball for the 9th place in Boys 03. At Varden Amfi the spanish giants Málaga CF take on Sportsklubben Brann face each other in the bronze final.

Then the finals in Girls 03 between Lerums and hosts FK Fyllingsdalen kick off local time 11:00. This will be a big match. 12:00 FC Midtjylland - Fulham FC Official will play for the trophy at Varden Amfi.
