Electric delivery trucks are coming. So far the challenge has been getting a battery pack that will provide enough mileage.

The new Urban e-Truck "features 212 kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery packs, allowing for a range of around 124 miles per charge."

(That's about 7 times the battery size, in kWh, of a Nissan Leaf.)

A 12 month trial of urban electric trucks used in last mile distribution will begin in Germany this year.
