There it is! A sneak peek from our plant. Can you recognise these pipes? This shape is specific for our Texas water heater.
The unique design of Texas helps deliver high volume continuous hot water (up to 4435 @ 60C°).
Coiled tubes are welded from the housing of the chamber, traveling downwards to the bottom of the cylinder, flue gasses flow down through these tubes, heating the water which is flowing upwards through the DHW cylinder.

2. How does it work?
The hybrid system selects the most efficient operation mode depending on the external temperature resulting in the lowest running cost.
In cooler seasons, the Hybridos system combines the work of a heat pump with a gas boiler resulting in a hybrid mode.
When the external temperature continues to drop, the heat pump can efficiently perform in our system until it is no longer able to be effective, switching to the sole use of the gas boiler. The switching between heat sources allows every useable kW to be taken from the heat pump, making the most efficient heating system whilst reducing carbon emissions.

Our Texas has a unique design, crafted to deliver high volume continuous hot water. A burner chamber with a gas burner sits within the cylinder. Coiled tubes are welded from the housing of the chamber, traveling downwards to the bottom of the cylinder flue gasses flow down through these tubes, heating the water which is flowing upwards through the DHW cylinder. This highly efficient, continuously condensing design enables Texas to provide reliable high volumes of hot water. Not only is this crucial for many , but it will also meet the demanding needs of hotels and sports centers and any application where there are periods of either high peak or continuous demand.

The main fabric used to build Texas is stainless steel, blending the best properties of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel. This choice is becoming the industry standard where hygiene and public health safety are paramount.

We inform you that the 42nd edition of MCE - Mostra Convegno Expocomfort has been rescheduled to early summer. We are still looking forward to meeting with all of you - sooner or later - in Milano this year.
