Over a third of the world’s population is
between ten and twenty years old. Yet children’s perspectives are rarely reflected in television news broadcasts – even though they have plenty to tell us. To involve our youngest generation in the world around them, and enable them to have their say about what the future holds in store, Free Press Unlimited helps local broadcasters and producers around th
e world to set up their own youth news bulletins. Programmes that take children seriously and give them an opportunity to address topics that are of particular interest to them. Bi weekly we produce the WADADA News for Kids world edition, with items from all around the globe. Currently a network of 18 countries deliver the items for the TV program. You can become a full member of our network, license the best of WADADA News for Kids or just buy items from our WADADA News for Kids Library with already over 1.500 hours of items.
