Staying victim of your trauma is a CHOICE!!

What happened is not your FAULT
But healing is your RESPONSIBILITY

Trauma will show up in every area of your life
Your mothering
Your birth
Your relationships
Your business

Healing is key for a thriving life

This is some of the things that worked for me = This is not medical advice

Also I don’t believe in talking therapy as trauma is stored in the body
Trauma healing requires some kind of somatic body work

- Yoga (not once in a while but at least once a week 90 minutes class)
- Quoya - intention setting, dance, shaking and yoga all at once. So much fun. At least once a week. Wish I could do every day
- Massages - deep tissue, lomilomi Temple Style or relaxing depending what you feel you need. Touch is anyway a great healer
- Dance with your kids every day - moving the energy is good in general. Try different type of music depending on what emotions needs to move through
- Breathwork - at home 5 min deep belly breathing and/ or a full workshop. It’s amazing to unstuck energies/trauma
- Walk in nature
- Meditation

Why your MINDSET is important in your prep for a natural birth 👇🏼

We usually are told to prep our bodies for birth
When the most important is actually to prep our MINDS

Minds are where our fears sit
Where all the stories have house
It is crucial to dive deep into our minds and see what’s there

Look at your fears
Look at the beliefs you cary about birth
The beliefs you took on from friends, family, strangers

And ask yourself
Are these serving me?

If they do not
RELEASE
LET GO
DITCH

Pronto!!

Your mindset is what is going to determine the outcome of your birth
The way you decide to perceive things will create your reality
Your thoughts will create your reality

If you believe birth is painful then it will most likely be
If you believe you can’t birth your baby without white coats

We have been conditioned for decades to believe that we are unable to birth our babies the way our bodies our designed to 🤦🏼‍♀️
Unassisted and undisturbed

Rewiring your brain and adopting new beliefs that are serving you will create a whole different experience

In order to heal the world around us we need to be ready to heal ourselves first

If the outside world is a mere reflection of our inside world
maybe it's time to look at ourselves?!

the matrix is designed to keep us so freaking busy that we don't have time to look at ourselves, to connect and go within

Where all the chaos, the judgments the pain, the hurt, the shame, the guilt, the trauma, the beliefs that we created from childhood or later events in life actually create our reality

society wants us stuck in this chaotic world; divided, separated from each other, from ourselves, fighting each other, judging each other, believing that one is better than the other

I don't believe in activism
“fighting against” something is energetically simply fueling the thing 🤷‍♀️

So the real activism today is to actually create space and time to sit and look inside ourselves

As moms, when we take that time, when we make that space
when we shift our lives to be able to heal ourselves
the impact we have around us in our family, and more importantly on our kids is actually what's going to change the world

Every child is a soul contract you made before coming on this Earth plane
So embrace guiding these tiny humans as if your soul work
Because even if not all it is definitely a great part of your soul mission in this lifetime

The work that will teach you more about yourself than any course/program or coaching
You have to be willing though

Willing to look in the mirror that these loving souls are holding for you
They came here to support you in your growth
So if you believe that anything is more important than that you might want to revisit that belief

DID YOU KNOW…??

That you are made of 70% water
That the water you drink from your tap (even if filtered) or from a bottle is ☠️

before giving birth to my son I didn’t realize how much childhood painful experiences were still not dealt with
Even though I had my share of therapy and healing prior to it

as my son was growing up I saw patterns playing in my parenting style
Some behavior would even take over and had me wonder where the F that was coming from…

Have you ever experienced this?

I believe one of our children’s role is to activate in us the parts that still need healing and shed light on the cycles and patterns so we can break them

***𝘚𝘦𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘈𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘛𝘞***
𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦
(guess that’s the theme for me this week - see my video from yesterday)

Trust has been showing up for me the last few months..

Trust that life is always happening FOR you..
Trust that the Universe has your back
Trust that everything happens for a reason
Trust in divine timing..

20 years ago.. I was sexually abused by my friends at the time… I was drugged and have no recollection of what happened..

I share this because I believe that what I went through - the ugly, the messy and the healing - can help others in some shape or form.

That’s when trust became a tricky thing for me…

How could I ever trust myself again after putting myself in such a s**tty situation…
After it happened, it was difficult for me to be sure that I was not simply making it up…
Why would I trust myself…?

Even though I did not remember any of it, I still needed to trust my intuition, the inner knowing.. trust what my body was telling me..

That was probably the last time I trusted myself fully. I got extremely cautious after that…
And I totally disconnected from my body..

OUR BODY IS OUR COMPASS
Our body tells us when it’s a YES or a NO… If it contracts or expands.. If it FEELS good or not.

When our wild instincts have been damaged by social conditioning or a traumatic event..
We can feel confused, uncertain and lacking self-confidence...

I am now on a journey to reconnect to my body
Restoring the honoured connection between instinct and intuition between the deep knowing of my body and the loving wisdom of my heart...
Is an integral part of my rewilding journey to become a fully alive, divine human being rather than one with a broken will and disconnected mind-body-soul

I started somatic body therapy.. Because I was done being so disconnected from my emotions..
That I was unable to feel the love I have for my son..

Quoya took me out of the body slumber I was in… Allowing me to feel joy, peace and love again…
I am forever grateful for the beautiful Chetanya Haggard… And to the Universe who put her on my path..

I am resetting my compass.. I am learning to listen to it again.. I am grateful for it every single day..

I know that it will guide me as I am creating a life that feels really good for me… where I have time and financial freedom while impacting other women’s lives.

I never knew that this trauma was preventing me from having all I desire… Now I know and I am claiming all of it!!

I share this because I believe that what I went through - the ugly, the messy and the healing & growing - can help other women in some shape or form.

It is damn time that we take ownership of our own emotions
Radical responsibility of how we feel

No more pity parties
Acknowledging is one thing
Staying stuck in our complaints and not doing s**t about it is another

The only way to break our own patterns and s**tty behaviors
Is to take responsibility for them
And then change them

It’s not going to happen overnight lovely,
But no change will come if you don’t decide to change
No one will do it for you!

You are in charge
I know you are not used to that

It’s time to take you power back
And decide what you don’t want anymore

I really thought me and Freedom were over when my son was born

You mama know how motherhood can feel as a trap..

Like I will never get my life back..
