The 2018 Dutch economy and investment climate:
An update for the international business community and foreign diplomats.
February 14, 2018 at the office of KPMG Meijburg & Co in Amstelveen. Invitation only.
The Dutch economy is performing well and the Netherlands consistently ranks high on indicators of international competetitiveness and innovation. This helps to attract and retain foreign-based companies that wish to run their (European) business in and from the Netherlands. In turn, foreign-based companies contribute substantially to innovation and employment in the Netherlands. Recent events and developments such as the new Dutch government's plans for the economy and related legislative initiatives, and geopolitical developments including Brexit and US Tax reform, also impact how foreign-based companies view the Dutch business climate.
The Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA), TradeCounsellors.nl, KPMG Meijburg & Co and Rabobank have joined forces to provide trade diplomats and foreign-based companies in the Netherlands with an update on the Dutch economy, investment climate and key tax developments.
In this unique public-private setting, specialists from Rabobank, NFIA and KPMG Meijburg & Co will provide you with insights on the impact of Rutte III Cabinet plans on the Dutch economy and businesses, the Dutch investment climate and tax developments driving the Dutch investment climate. This will be followed by a panel discussion.
Below you will find the program for the afternoon and the registration link. We look forward to meeting you in Amstelveen on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
Kind regards,
