Ubuntu Summit in The Hague was a lot of fun!

Over the three days, we captured many great moments at taking photos, shooting videos, and even editing a highlight reel of the summit on location. It was inspiring to see tech leaders, developers, and open-source enthusiasts come together to explore the latest advancements in technology. Also there were a lot of stickers everywhere which we love!

What a day at the in Amsterdam! ✈️📸

We were excited to partner with RozieAI and capture all the highlights. and teamed up to film some sessions, panels, and great networking moments at the RozieAI booth, highlighting the awesome RozieAI Synopsis for Events solution.

We also gathered testimonials from speakers, exhibitors, and attendees, capturing all the key moments. It was a fantastic day full of insights and connections.

“So much energy!” 📸

What a great day at The Hague Energized! As proud media partners for the 7th edition, we loved being part of this event.

Our team consisting of , , and , were on-site to capture all the action. From great talks by Paul Hoogeveen and Rogier Blokdijk to the Start-Up Spotlight featuring brilliant minds in sustainable energy and hydrogen tech.

A day filled with lots of networking, prizes to win and HydroGin cocktails. Who knew saving the planet could taste so good? 🍸

We had the great opportunity to create content at the ‘Industrie 4.0: fabriek van de toekomst’ event by Digitalzh. Our team, consisting of and , were capturing videos, photos and interviews with industry leaders and SMEs.

Cybersecurity Week is a wrap ! 🎬

We were very honoured to once again work with this year’s Cybersecurity Week in The Hague. From 30 September to 4 October 2024, the International City of Peace and Justice focused on global cybersecurity efforts.

Here is what we worked on:
> We were present on at Stadhuis, at , ECSO Cyber Investor Days at HSD Campus, the International Cybersecurity Business event at Leonardo Royal Hotel, Beyond Borders at , just to name a few.
> , , , , and captured the many great moments on film and created two same day edited aftermovies for ONE Conference and Hack The Hague which we will share with you soon! If you just cannot wait, you can find them on the Cybersecurity Week channel.
> More video content is being finalised which is keeping our office warm and cozy with the our editing stations running in full force.
> , and were our photography stars taking great photos throughout the week.

This week reminded us of how much we have grown as a team. It was hard work, but so fun to do this together and to see what we are able to pull-off.

You might have already seen him on some of our recent shoots, but we are excited to officially welcome .kernel to the team!

Larvall is studying Creative Business at Breda University of Applied Sciences and will support our filming and video editing team.

A few fun facts about Larvall:
🎶 He is an avid lover of Caribbean music
🏐 In his free time he enjoys playing volleyball
👨‍🍳 He loves cooking!

In to capture how pretzels and great ideas go hand-in-hand 🥨

We were thrilled to be invited by GMEP (Global Market Entry Program) to capture the delegation from The Hague at 2024. GMEP, an initiative of and The Hague & Partners, helps local businesses expand into international markets, making Bits & Pretzels the perfect platform for networking and showcasing innovative ideas.

Our colleague was busy capturing all the action. So, shoutout to Giovanna and Adelin for stepping in with their behind the scenes photography skills! 😅

It was a trip filled with valuable experiences and many 🥨. On our way back to bitterballen now.

One of our most “casual” livestreams of the year! 👟

Last Thursday, we brought our gear to de to livestream de Haagse Sneakerdag. At de Gemeente Den Haag, employees usually show up in fancy shoes, but this time everyone was invited to wear sneakers! This as part of de Haagse Vitaliteitsweken.

Hosted by Randy Rijke, the discussion featured Alderman Hilbert Bredemeijer, Arbo manager Siham Aen Messaoudi, and TNO researcher Lidewij Renaud. Alderman Bredemeijer kicked off by proudly showing off his sneakers, highlighting how important it is to stay active at work. The panel then shared some great tips for getting more movement into the daily routine.

We had the incredible opportunity to be the hashtag once again for the Just Peace Open Day! 🕊

This past Sunday, and over 20 partners opened their doors, inviting us to explore the fascinating stories behind their institutions.

Working in the International City of Peace and Justice is always exciting. This year , and had the chance to visit some incredible places, including the , Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, , The House of Europe, , and the . Each visit offered insights and moments we really enjoyed capturing.

As you can see, we produced a video with during the day, so keep an eye out for that!

We geared up for a great night at the Opening Event, where we had AV duties, we DJ’d and captured many special moments. 🕺

documented the highlights, from the ribbon cutting and delicious food and drinks to and spinning tracks behind the decks. We also handled the audiovisual with .nl, making sure everything ran smoothly.

The highlight of the night was definitely to reconnect with our former colleague Lenee, now rocking it as the community manager at Clockwise.

As a flexible workspace operator with 17 locations across the UK and Europe, Clockwise truly showed their dedication to community. Thank you for the opportunity!

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Stichting Nederland Onderneemt Maatschappelijk in our studio for the second time.

This session, moderated by Jeroen Brandes, delved into the topic of supporting employers in hiring refugees with residence permits.

The discussion focused on the available subsidy schemes, practical experiences of companies hiring status holders, and the role of employer service points in facilitating these hires.
