- Dispel illusions on the time scale of the sanctions against Russia.
- Make the costs of war that go beyond a financial perspective clear to Russia and hold it accountable for the war's consequences.

Adrian Kellgren's family-owned gun company in Florida was left holding a $200,000 shipment of semiautomatic rifles after a longtime customer in Ukraine suddenly went silent during Vladimir Putin's invasion of the country.

Fearing the worst, Kellgren and his company, KelTec, decided to put those stranded 400 guns to use, sending them to Ukraine's nascent resistance movement to help civilians fight back against a Russian military that has been repeatedly shelling their apartment buildings, schools, hospitals and hiding places.

⚡️ Ukraine’s crypto sector is now legalized — President signed the relevant legislation

What will change?

✅ Ukrainian and foreign crypto-exchanges will operate on a legal basis;

✅ Banks will open accounts for crypto companies;

✅ Ukrainians will be able to protect their savings in virtual assets;

✅ Judicial protection of rights to virtual assets will be guaranteed by the government.

The National Securities and Stock Market Committee will:

✅ Form and realize virtual assets policies;

✅ Determine the order of virtual assets turnover;

✅ Issue permits to providers of virtual asset services;

✅ Oversee and provide financial monitoring of operations in this sphere.

💪 That’s another crucial step towards de-shadowing the crypto sector and launching Ukraine’s legal virtual assets market.

Bloomberg predicts Russia's default this Wednesday

The external debt of the Russian Federation and its companies reaches $150 billion, and a default may be declared on it as early as Wednesday. Bloomberg expects three scenarios:

- Russia eventually will pay the debt in dollars. This means that the default is delayed until at least April 4;

— Russia pays in rubles. However, the payment on Wednesday will be accepted only in physical cash, otherwise it is a default;

- Russia does not pay at all. Failure to pay on Wednesday will trigger a grace period of 30 days, after which default follows.
