Feeling stuck in the same routine? ๐
I understand where you are because Iโve been there myself. When I first started my online business, I remember feeling skeptical about everything that was offered to me. So, when I say I understand where you are, itโs because Iโve truly been where you are.
Breaking out of a comfortable situation that feels safe because itโs become automated is not always easy. I was the girl who never finished anything, with a concentration span of just two days before moving on to the next thing. This made me see myself as a failure, which sometimes kept me from starting or growing at all.
Yesterday, I listened to an incredible call by , where he spoke about the subconscious mind. He mentioned that 95% of the things we do daily are automaticโwe donโt have to think about them anymore, like brushing our teeth, driving to work, or doing the same tasks we always do.
But doing what youโve always done will get you the same results youโve always had. Itโs a constant loop that will keep repeating unless you change something.
This insight has made me view my growth differently lately. To grow in my business or become fully financially independent, I need to be a different person than I was yesterday.
Constantly evolving is not a bad thing. Staying in the same place forever, however, is. I used to feel guilty for always seeking change, but now I see it as a necessary direction toward new growth and lessons.
Feeling scared when starting something new is completely normal, but sometimes we need to recognize when weโre stuck in the same routine, and that itโs time for a fresh wind and new opportunities.
I am not here to convince you, but rather feel grateful for the fact that I can show you a path towards the exit of a loop. A path of true health in your own way.
So perhaps one day, we can smile and say: I felt scared, but did it anyway ๐ฟ
