Meet Philippe ✨

"Hi there!
Nice to meet you, my name is Philippe and I’m from the Netherlands. I started working at the Mercedes-Benz CAC on April 1st of this year. Although it seems that I’m only here shortly that is not the case, I already experienced the CAC as an external. I enjoyed it so much that I applied for a job at the CAC.

What I love about my job as a project manager is that I’m able to see what everybody within the MB ecosystem is doing, all these different domains. It’s my goal to make sure that we are aligned and working together as a team so we can create value for our stakeholders and customers.
Something I learned while working at the CAC is how much I love speaking different languages. My mother’s family is from Sardinia in Italy and in the office I’m able to speak Italian (and English, German, French and Dutch). That’s another aspect I like about my job: the different cultures and languages I experience in my projects. Being able to speak multiple languages is a huge benefit to make sure we understand each other and have the same expectations.

It’s not only working hard, but there is also time to be social. So there’s always someone to grab a coffee with and at the end of the week we grab a drink at the FoF. Where all different departments meet, and we exchange all challenges and fun things we experience during the week.

Meet Alicia✨
CRM Order Management

"¡Hola!
My name is Alicia López Carnicero. To give a spin to my professional career, I moved from Soria (Spain) to The Netherlands. I started my journey at the CAC Mercedes-Benz in January 2018 as a Customer Service Representative.

Today, I’m part of the Order Management team in Parts Logistics Services. My role involves creating e-learning modules for the tools we use daily and supporting the implementation of a new inventory system. I’m also an active member of the Social Club, where I help organize events and sports activities to strengthen our community spirit here at the CAC.

What I enjoy the most about my position is to be able to work closely with a large variety of nationalities and seeing how we move in similar directions to achieve our shared goals."

Orange Motto Week has officially wrapped! 🧡

We went all in on the Vision One-Eleven theme, with the vibrant color setting the vibe for the entire event. 🎉
What many thought was a royal visit turned out to be even more exciting - a car designer sharing the story behind iconic concept cars, including the striking orange model showcased in our reception. We took time to celebrate our achievements and are now energized to kick off the final quarter of the year with a fantastic Get Together! ✨

“Hi, my name is Nina. I joined the recruitment team as an intern at the beginning of 2019. As part of my bachelor’s degree, I needed to complete an internship abroad, which led me to move from my home in Germany to Maastricht.
