Last, but definitely not least on our Friday night lineup is our very own best babe and torch bearer Nick Frijns! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 . Ever since arriving in Maastricht as a young honker I can remember Nick playing parties across town playing basically every venue & genre known to my underdeveloped musical mind! Our dearest professor has been playing shows at the Muziekgiterij for over ten years time, before it had found its new home on the Boschstraat! . Apart from being Co-founder of Club Blitz together with local legend Olaf Smeets, Nick has had his hands in so many musical projects in this town, playing in everything from indie rock groups at the pop podiums to space disco in the clubs and even teaching university currently stationed in the conservatorium. . If there is one guy we know who really gets the fundaments of music, how to express it, teach it & serve it, it’s this funky astronaut right here! . Welcome Nick ladies and gentlemen to the decks tomorrow at WLRs first team up with de Shift 💕
