We organize concerts in Noordwijk and Leiden, do some [local] distribution. Sometimes we [co-]release a record or release it ourself [10", vinyl, when we really like you] or release a promo-cd-r. Or we buy some records in wholesale for promotion. We try to help people with tours and we like to share useful information. All based on the positive D.I.Y. (or D.I.T (Do It Together)) ethics, personal r
elationships, friendships and real interest in you as a human being. We released a couple of 10″ vinyl records and cd-r’s during the years 1999 and 2004. Since the distribution of hundreds of records takes allot of time when you want to do it good, we stopped with doing this. If we help with a release of a record, we just sign in for a maximum of 50 records, which is more than enough for us. We are not that good with selling… (it takes too much time ;) ), most of the stuff we give away to people who definitely or might like the music. The last years focus on live shows for many many bands. Not just one style, we just book whatever we like. Most the time it has the music has something “raw” in it. We do lots of “smaller” shows, from 30 visitors (“Wot Nxt HOME“), to 500 (“Tegendraads Festival“). All shows are in Leiden (different venues) and Noordwijk (where it is possible, since the official venue is teared down…).
