The teaching team will consist of a broad mix of European and Miami-based producers, mixers and artists with numerous Grammy nominations. Artist, songwriter and producer teaches you her key ingredients in music, song, vocal & production skills, writing must do’s and tools and secrets she uses in the music industry. She is VIP Member of Timbaland’s Beat Club and has worked with Tiesto, Laid Back Luke, Avicci, Deadmau5, Official Rezz and Ajuna Beats among others.

Join us this Sunday at Wisseloord Studios for a celebration of rock music featuring and ! Herb’s Excellent Adventure will present you a refreshing blend of gritty pop, uplifting funk and blistering alt rock. The four piece band recently released their new EP NinetyFour, which coincides with their 30 year anniversary.

Mister E & the Mysteries gives the classic rock band a fresh twist with an explosive live show. The second studio EP, recorded in Wisseloord, will be released in March and played live in combination with their first studio EP and unreleased material. Mariseya brings her fresh Afro/R&B fusion sound with Ghanaian influences, while Matthieu “Mase Bridges” van der Brugge shares his unique blend of country-inspired songwriting rooted in his musical family heritage. Completing the lineup is Marcus Henry V, whose improvisations on a 60-year-old saxophone promise an intimate performance. Music has no borders and this was proven once again during the second installment of the recent CNM Rap Creation Residency at our studios. French artists and producers transformed our studios into a hub of storytelling. They channeled their unique perspectives into new projects over the course of two weeks. By focusing on artistic development and experimentation, the residency gave these creators the space to refine their vision while tapping into our resources and expertise.

A big thank you to the artists and CNM for their incredible work. We look forward to welcoming you back next year!

We’re currently hosting the CNM Rap Creation Residency, welcoming French artists and producers to work on their music in our studios. They’ve been using our professional recording spaces and equipment to create and collaborate. Programs like this show how bringing people together from different countries can lead to new ideas and great music. We’re super excited to hear what they’ve been cooking up!

On the third and final day of the writing camps all attendees worked hard to finish their songs for the evening listening session. And after a group lunch excitement built as we prepared for the showcase. Everyone then shared the songs created over the weekend. We loved seeing how it all came together and the music that was created in a matter of days. A heartfelt thank you to all participants and the Gemeente Hilversum for making this experience possible. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Day two at Wisseloord Studios brought fresh energy to the collaborations in progress. Participants continued working in their groups, building on yesterday’s ideas and diving deeper into the song briefs from label and publisher partners. The studio sessions ran from morning through late afternoon, with time to experiment, refine and push creative boundaries. It was a good day!

Today’s last Sunday Sessions of 2024 at Wisseloord Studios was one for the books. De Zweefclub kicked things off by blending dreamy soundscapes with uptempo soft punk. Guusje Walstra then followed with a heartfelt performance filled with raw and honest energy. These sessions capture the spirit of live music at its best. A big thank you to both the artists and the crowd!

Day one of the writing camp at our studios was inspiring. All day the participants worked in studio sessions together, sharing ideas for new songs and exploring briefs from labels/publishers. As there was time to create freely in groups and some optional briefings for those wanting to create a track for an international artist, the atmosphere was both focused and creative. And while sharing a meal, attendees were able to mingle and exchange one another’s ideas. We can’t wait to see how the work done today will set up the days ahead.

Join us for a 3-day songwriter camp from November 1st to November 3rd, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in studio sessions and work on briefings from our label and publisher partners. Sponsored by Gemeente Hilversum, this camp is designed for musicians looking to refine their skills and connect with industry professionals.

Whether you’re from Hilversum or not, you can choose to participate in 1, 2 or all 3 days, with lunch and refreshments provided each day. Applications are open to a limited number of participants and groups will be formed based on your music portfolio.

The deadline for applications is October 21st at 23:59, selected participants will be notified via email on October 22nd and 23rd. Don’t miss this chance to push your creative boundaries and showcase your work.

What better way to spend a Sunday than with live music at the Wisseloord Studios? Yesterday’s edition of Sunday Sessions was an unforgettable experience with incredible performances by SACHA and Elle Hollis!

Elle Hollis captivated us with her soulful blend of electronic pop, making the stage her home. SACHA, fresh off the release of his EP ‘Change of Heart,’ which was mixed in one of our studios, gave us an intimate look into his musical journey.
