This weekend the Burning World Mailorder records will go on a trip to Antwerp in Belgium for Desertfest Belgium in Antwerp. Starting Friday it will last for 3 full days of stoner/doom and the like.

Sadly Monster Magnet had to cancel but I'm sure the organisers will come up with a suitable replacement! All though it will be difficult to come up with a band of the same stature on such short notice!

Who will we see at the fest? If you are there come and say hi to Slager en me (Jurgen van den Brand) at the merch area.

If you need us to bring some records, please mail [email protected] and we'll reserve those for you and bring them to the fest.

We just got back from Soulcrusher Festival in Nijmegen. I think it was our fifth this year. Great vibes, great music again.

Outstanding for us were the sets by Blackbraid on Friday and Ulcerate on Saturday. We also heard good stories about Kollaps and Pharmakon.

Saleswise the last Ulcerate - Cutting The Throat Of God 2LP or CD - did well and of course the new Blood Incantation.

Thanks Freek Koster, neighbour Marald van Haasteren and all other attendants for joining in the fun.

Also heard rumours the 2025 edition is gonna be massive as well so we'll definitely will be back next year!

All though Sonic Whip next May will be first.

Dit weekend is de 2e editie van het Haarlem Vinyl Festival. Ik zal net als vorig jaar weer aanwezig zijn op de markt met Burning World Records, zaterdag en zondag van 10 uur tot 5. Hopelijk geen regen en lichtjes warm weer.

Let op: dit jaar niet op de locatie van vorig jaar maar op de Dreef. Waar is de Dreef? Grote Houtstraat doorlopen vanuit de Gedempte Oude gracht en paar minuutjes doorlopen.

Our friends from Nomad Snakepit Productions just released an official bootleg of a 1989 New Jersey show by Morbid Angel! We got hold of the last few copies on red marbled vinyl. These are going fast. Get one while they last.

An extremely rare recording of a Morbid Angel concert (New Jersey 1989) crossed our path and so we decided to put some effort into sharing this recording with the world! So we met with David Vincent, who was happy to grant us permission for this limited LP, making this an official bootleg!
This showcases one of the first times the legendary album “Altars of Madness” was presented live onto a young and hungry Death Metal scene.
This the Morbid Angel we grew up with! The most devilish music that existed back then, and until now has rarely been matched!
These are the tracks that served as a cornerstone for every fu***ng subsequent Black and Death Metal release!!

This is pure Death Metal history in vinyl form!!

As we don’t want people complaining afterwards, here goes a little warning:

Capitalizing on the dichotomy of melancholia and agonizing, churning, sludgy guitar work from the "Fealty" EP, "Atavist" pushes the basis further. A double-album in its entirety, "Atavist" challenges the listener to a one-and-a-half hour listen in its totality. In "Atavist's" first half, titled 'Suzerain,' Cowardice seeks a triumphant and glistening sonic bout of down-tuned metal. Through passages of gleaming slide guitar leads and hopeful clean vocalization dotted therein, 'Suzerain' slowly gives way to the darker latter half of the journey that is "Atavist." Transitioning out of 'Suzerain,' enters the second album comprised within "Atavist;" 'Sentinel."
