The main goal of FMT is to discover talents in an early stage in their career and to lead them to the top. The artists will be stationed at FMT. The artists will be presented during several events organized by FMT and their partners. Vision statement

• A professional platform for new and upcoming talents.
• Discover new musical talent during festivals, music fairs and other events.
• Easy accessible upload system where everyone can upload their demo's.
• Guide and coach all the artists which will result in a chance for them to develop even more.
• Create international known artists.

Dancefair at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht February is the next opportunity for FMT to scout new talents. After the two-day music fair, the discovered artists will be stationed at FMT. By using the international network of FMT, the artists could attract a lot of attention. FMT will accompany the artists in different areas such as; management, bookings, marketing, publishing, producing, releases, accountancy, legal affairs and personal development. Each department will have it's own experts. After the successful guidance and preparation of the Future Music Talents, they will be presented during Amsterdam Dance Event 2016 during an event organized by FMT and their partners. Alongside all the new artists there will also be bigger names on stage.
