Under the glow of the floodlights at the 2002 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Spyker D12R erupts into the pits for a perfectly choreographed night-time stop. Mechanics swarm the car in a blur of precision—refuelling, changing tyres, and checking every vital component — while the exhausted driver climbs out of the cockpit, handing the car over to a fresh teammate for the next stint. Every movement is flawlessly timed, every second invaluable. The image captures the relentless intensity of endurance racing, where teamwork, precision, and split-second ex*****on can define the outcome of an entire day and night on the world's most demanding racing circuit.

This unique photo is offered in a limited series of 24 Fine Art prints.

Photographer: Robert Koumans.

Each print is personally signed by Spyker founder Maarten de Bruijn.
