A day in the life 🌸

As my very last psychology exam is coming up, I've had my nose up in the books lately! I am so grateful to be learning more about Psychological Interventions, and I am so excited to be able to put it all into practice for you!

I'm currently learning about Motivational Interviewing, Problem Inventories, Self-Image, and more. All are truly helpful in the Digital Marketing space as well! Where I'm able to stick more closely to your client's needs and help them create that bridge to cross to seek your precious help 🤍

During this busy time, I also need to make sure to still take good care of myself. ☺️ So I make sure to cook myself healthy meals, bake some yummy goods to both enjoy and share and to still make some time to go outside and get some fresh air. 🌬
