M7 shot caller, Condal night Duke and local Dj/Promoter powerhouse Atmen meets his close dance mob partner Botana to curate a truly special ride through the spectrum of House, Techno and into the rabbit hole in an extended club night (yes, ignore the 6 o’c mark) on steroids, to the gills and not suited for the faint hearted.
Botana, former Barcelona multi-resident and prodigy scene conquistador comes crashing, sword in hand, for a three strike killing spree with Amsterdam/Seattle duo -The Boys Not From Ipanema- brought exclusively to start the night with a taste of their staple private party brand. Flashing towering scruffy fair hair scalps, infectious smiles and poly-note musical synergy smothered with a loose, goofy vibe that makes the straight doubt and the non-binary choose.
For decades, dating back into mythic clubs and generations, Barcelona has known that Mexicans do it better. This is why joining the first two, in a spicy tag team tandem for the whole course of the entremetier, local stars Alush and Elwei are summoned in bold fashion. The two acts being independently anointed versatile party charmers, both behind booth and in a history inked over thick scrolls with tales of successful party promotions. Their respective entourage of flagrant party devotees are dancing, living proof.
Both as main course and dessert, the cherry nuke on top of the cake is our headliner Deckard, the crowned Catalan pride, who needs no introduction within the local scene, a scene which has helplessly and unanimously bowed and bent the knee for a reign that seems to span over millennia. Widely renowned as the arguable one-above-all title holder, this steel wheel overlord and genre-style- bending force of nature, bears a record collection to make the titans and the colossus of clouds drool, effortlessly throwing a masterclass for any “Dj’s-DJ’ ..Every.Single.Time.
