ATR releases records and promotes artists. Before a release takes place, there is work to be done. This begins with great focus, determination and preparations like mastering, artworks, promotions, branding and managing a lot of zizzle to make it work in this industry. Story
We started with an Instagram page just before the pandemic began. Our page was named Party Reviews and our goal was to be a bridge between visitors and organizations. Party Reviews advised organizations on the entire life cycle of an event with the aim of improvements in customer experiences, visitor numbers, ticketsales, margins and revenues. We we’re ready to visit festivals on a weekly basis and to advise organizations. Unfortunately, the pandemic began and everything was cancelled or postponed. We stopped our reviews and we changed our Instagram name from Party Reviews to Party Zizzle. This account was rebranded for posting cool party content from a time before COVID. It took 3 months to figger out what Party Zizzle could do for the industry. Because we had already a network built. Scrolling down our Instagram followers we’ve noticed a lot of talented artists that are following our account. Let’s promote up and coming artists! The first promotion was for Dustytech from Barcelona. This was picked up really fast by other artists. So Party Zizzle started promoting more and more dj’s and producers on a regular basis. Also record labels got in touch and asked if Party Zizzle could promote their artists and releases. So we did and added (promotions) to our instagram page. And around new years eve of 2021 we got another cool idea: Why not promote artists and release records ourselves? So, from the 1st February 2021, Party Zizzle (promotions) started Amsterdam Techno Records as a record label and as a real business. Open to all sincere artists that need a chance in this industry and a platform that helps in promoting and branding artists. Amsterdam Techno Records can be found on all big music platforms. We do release ep’s and albums on a regular basis and we are proud to mention that ATR got several releases in the BeatPort top 100. Besides releasing we have some cool Concepts to help promote and brand artists:
- Amsterdam Techno Records podcast series on SoundCloud
- Party Zizzle podcast series on SoundCloud
- Timeslots on several radio station throughout the world to broadcast artists.
- Techno Try-Outs (video recorded interview and performance on Youtube for new and upcoming artists)
- Techno Talents (A party where ATR Talents and Local Talents get a chance to perform for a live audience. We are starting parties in Holland, Germany, Belgium, France and Spain. See our socials to register as a local talent)
- ATR Clubwear (in the summer of 2022 we launch a webshop with awesome clothes from ATR)
