A recipe has no soul one must bring soul to the recipe 😇 Cooking is an art, when I cook the only thing that crosses to my mind is the faces of my family and friends who are enjoying and loving every bite of what I made. Chicken Adobo is an iconic filipino dish that is marinated with soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, vinegar (I used lime juice instead of vinegar) and with lauriel leaves. It is sweet (I used honey instead of sugar) and savory.
