THE SEA OF LOST SOULS
Episode 2: The Owein-Aru Crew
In the heart of the vast Twon-Brass Ocean, where the waters teemed with both life and danger, there sailed the Owein-Aru Crew—a band of fishermen renowned for their boldness and fearlessness. Led by Captain Oweifa, a weathered seafarer with a twinkle in his eye and salt in his veins, the crew braved the treacherous seas in search of the richest catches.
Each member of the Owein-Aru Crew was a seasoned sailor in their own right, forged in the crucible of the ocean's trials. There was Egebe, the grizzled old fisherman whose weathered hands could tie knots that held fast even in the fiercest storms.
At the helm of the ship stood Captain Oweifa, his steady hand steering them through perilous waters with a mixture of skill and determination. He had seen his fair share of storms and sea monsters, but nothing could shake his resolve or dampen his spirit.
It was said that the Owein-Aru Crew could navigate the Twon-Brass Ocean blindfolded, their knowledge of its currents and tides passed down through generations of seafarers. They knew where the best fishing grounds lay, where the hidden reefs lurked, and where the most dangerous predators prowled.
The fishing crew had heard the legends surrounding the Sea of Lost Souls—a place rumored to hold magnificent fishes called the Soulcatchers.
The Sea of Lost is also a place where ships vanished without a trace and sailors were said to lose their way, their very souls claimed by the treacherous waters. But despite the warnings, they were desperate and decided to sail towards the dangerous sea. Their usual fishing grounds had been depleted, and their families relied on their catch for survival.
