The Biggest Mistake I Think You Can Make in Running A Business Is To STOP.
I know that this may be difficult believe, but trust me, this will be the Biggest Favor You can do to yourself, your Brand and Your Business.
"Yes, the economy dey carry us go where we nor know, dollar is rising like the body temperature of a malaria patient." But the truth is, Stopping That Business May Not Be The Way Forward.
For some, lack of money is the reason they're considering shutting down, but is lack of finance a reason at all? It'll shock you to know that lack of money is never and has never been a reason to shutdown any business (except there are other factors involved).
You don't need to have money to start a business, YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO START A BUSINESS!
I have been Able Start Observe quite a number of Successful People and how they Started and Maximized their Profitability, it may shock you to know that it had nothing to do with "Money"
It has not been different with Myself and My Business Partner, We started and Increased the revenue of a business by an Average of Over 90% in Just Three Months, and that's not all, there's more (But I'm not here to talk about me and what I've done, I'm here to talk about you). We Started Businesses Without Any Dime in Our Purse.
Now, I'm not saying YOU DO NOT NEED MONEY to start a business, what I'm saying is YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO START A BUSINESS. Its only a question of your Understanding of Leverage.
There are many ways to Leverage, you can Leverage skill, knowledge, opportunities and relationship, but the beautiful thing is that YOU CAN CREATE THE LEVERAGE YOU NEED.
What you need to start out something is always an Internal Deciding Factor, a lot of persons focus on the external. You have to learn to create your own Leverage, to Create Your Own Environment and to Create Your Own Opportunities. This is The Power of Leveraging.
In creating your Leverage, the first thing I tell people is "THINK COMPLEMENT, NOT COMPETITION".
Now, having established that you do not need to have money to start a business,
DO YOU NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO SUSTAIN THE PROFITABILITY OF YOUR BUSINESS?
I bet you already know the answer by now.

YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO SUSTAIN PROFITABILITY!
This is another hard truth to accept, but the truth remains the truth!
You do not need to have money. See, Sustaining Profitability in Business is Really 90% of the time about Your Skill, Not your Money.
It is the Skillful People that remain in Business, not the Richest.
You can have Money, and Your Business will run down and finish that Money if you don't have Skill of Your Business.
So what do you need to do?
YOU NEED TO LEARN THE SKILL OF YOUR BUSINESS.
That's right, every business has it's own skill, not just any skill, but "its own skill!"
What you need to learn is the Skill of your Business.
There is the Business, and there is the Skill of the Business.
Not every Business Person Understands the Skill of his Business
Starting a Business is one thing, having the Skill of that Business is entirely a different thing.
You need to Identify and learn the Skill of your Business if you must Succeed.
Having a Business is not Success, Understanding And Making the most of the Skill of that Business is the Success Thereof!
In the end, Only skillful people remain in business!
