Dear Business Owner

The Biggest Mistake I Think You Can Make in Running A Business Is To STOP.

I know that this may be difficult believe, but trust me, this will be the Biggest Favor You can do to yourself, your Brand and Your Business.

"Yes, the economy dey carry us go where we nor know, dollar is rising like the body temperature of a malaria patient." But the truth is, Stopping That Business May Not Be The Way Forward.

For some, lack of money is the reason they're considering shutting down, but is lack of finance a reason at all? It'll shock you to know that lack of money is never and has never been a reason to shutdown any business (except there are other factors involved).

You don't need to have money to start a business, YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO START A BUSINESS!

I have been Able Start Observe quite a number of Successful People and how they Started and Maximized their Profitability, it may shock you to know that it had nothing to do with "Money"

It has not been different with Myself and My Business Partner, We started and Increased the revenue of a business by an Average of Over 90% in Just Three Months, and that's not all, there's more (But I'm not here to talk about me and what I've done, I'm here to talk about you). We Started Businesses Without Any Dime in Our Purse.

Now, I'm not saying YOU DO NOT NEED MONEY to start a business, what I'm saying is YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO START A BUSINESS. Its only a question of your Understanding of Leverage.

There are many ways to Leverage, you can Leverage skill, knowledge, opportunities and relationship, but the beautiful thing is that YOU CAN CREATE THE LEVERAGE YOU NEED.

What you need to start out something is always an Internal Deciding Factor, a lot of persons focus on the external. You have to learn to create your own Leverage, to Create Your Own Environment and to Create Your Own Opportunities. This is The Power of Leveraging.

In creating your Leverage, the first thing I tell people is "THINK COMPLEMENT, NOT COMPETITION".

Now, having established that you do not need to have money to start a business,

DO YOU NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO SUSTAIN THE PROFITABILITY OF YOUR BUSINESS?

I bet you already know the answer by now.

NO!

YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT NEED TO HAVE MONEY TO SUSTAIN PROFITABILITY!

This is another hard truth to accept, but the truth remains the truth!

You do not need to have money. See, Sustaining Profitability in Business is Really 90% of the time about Your Skill, Not your Money.

It is the Skillful People that remain in Business, not the Richest.

You can have Money, and Your Business will run down and finish that Money if you don't have Skill of Your Business.

So what do you need to do?

YOU NEED TO LEARN THE SKILL OF YOUR BUSINESS.

That's right, every business has it's own skill, not just any skill, but "its own skill!"

What you need to learn is the Skill of your Business.

There is the Business, and there is the Skill of the Business.

Not every Business Person Understands the Skill of his Business

Starting a Business is one thing, having the Skill of that Business is entirely a different thing.

You need to Identify and learn the Skill of your Business if you must Succeed.

Having a Business is not Success, Understanding And Making the most of the Skill of that Business is the Success Thereof!

In the end, Only skillful people remain in business!

The Fear of Starting out may be just about the Greatest Fears a Person Can Face!

Before I explain ... I want you to understand something crucial

You do not need to know 'All' in order to lead or influence, but you can always Know Enough to Start.

Stop waiting for the conditions to be perfect before you start, that's called 'Perfectionism' and it is Stagnating in Nature.

The moment you consider that everything must be known or be in place before you start anything, then I assure you that you will never start anything.

The Idea Is To Start First, Perfection Can Come Later.

In fact, I believe that in most cases, Perfectionism is a reflection of the fear of Starting Out, the Fear of Failure or the Fear of Criticism.

In Most Cases, you see, what We Want is a Reflection of Who We Are!

"The Insecure man is most often a bully"

"The one afraid to love pushes often people away"

If you want to have a perfect condition before you start, I think you're most likely Afraid.

Frontier Breaker are Starters! They are people who start Notwithstanding the Conditions.

Leaders are not perfect People, they are just people who are committed to Consistent Development and Service.

Leaders are not all knowing, they're not the strongest or the most powerful, they are simply the most courageous!

You see, Being Valuable is Not a Function of Being Perfect, rather, It Is a Function Of Being Genuine, Sincere and Service Oriented.

It is Our Values That Makes Us Valuable!

Dear Business Owner, rather than wait for all conditions to be perfect, dedicate your strength and time to improve yourself on a daily basis While Serving Others.

Let your interest be Helping People, Solving Problems in the very little way that you can. If you do this long enough, YOU WILL LEAD!

Let your Mindedness be Service, Not Perfection!

So When You Want To Start Anything, Think Service, Not Perfection!

"Starting" may just be the most difficult part of any endeavor, but it is the most vital.

You see, I have found that often, "The Secrets" we are Hunting are the Simple Things we overlook.

This is the surest way to win, if you start from the end.

We progress at anything only on the basis that in the first place, we begin from the end.

This is the irony of progress, "That the end is determined, and the means is derived progressively from the predetermined end"

This is because You Can't get to the end if you don't know what it is!

You can't achieve anything if you don't CLEARLY defined it!

You can go anywhere only if you have been there internally!

All destinations are arrived at Twice: The Conceived arrival and the Physical arrival!

If you have not gotten there internally, you most likely won't get there physically!

If you have not finished Internally, You most likely wont finish physically!

Your first and major Job is to adopt this mindset in your Business Planning, let all your objectives be derivatives of this Idea

BE MORE VALUABLE

Intellectual Maturity may be very difficult to attain, simply because it doesn't happen without your conscious consent, your energy, your time and your resources.

It may be the most difficult but it sure is the one that brings the highest ROI, even though, unfortunately, it is the least most Business Owners Invest in, if at all they Consider it.

But I want to share a thought with you today

Hebrews 3 vs 3 (MSG)..A builder is more valuable than a building any day.

The value of your Building cannot rise beyond and above your value as the builder.

It is your value that ultimately determines the value of what you produce or create.

Your Creation and/or Contribution is your Value donation to humanity.

The more valuable you are, The more valuable your building will be.

Instead of investing so much time and energy trying to make your business more valuable (which is very important), why don't you start with doing the very same for yourself in order to become more valuable?

And why would i suggest that?

You see, One of the easiest ways to know how valuable you are is by looking at the the quality of the Solution what you are producing can Provide!

Ask yourself, "What is the highest quality of result that my product/service can offer in the marketplace?" That's how valuable you are in the marketplace

So you see, what you produce or offer is important, but it can be much much better, only on the condition that you are better yourself

So how do you increase your own value as the builder?

Being valuable is a function of the investment of your time, energy and resources.

Start investment these currencies in yourself, do whatever it takes and cost for you to become a better version, do that long enough and the quality of what you do will improve!

THREE THINGS TO AVOID IN YOUR BUSINESS IN 2024

1. Inconsistency 💯💯💯

I know this seems like a cliché but trust me, it is not. This is what will determine the success of your business in the long run.

You have to be consistent in showing up everyday, even when you don't feel like it.

Post even when you don't feel like posting, Create Contents regardless of how you feel or what people say, Put yourself Out there every single day (yes, every single day).

At the end of the day, It is those who are consistent that will eventually learn and grow.

2. Improve on your skills 💪💪💪

Yes, in addition to being consistent, you must improve on what you already know.

You must unlearn some things (things you must have observed aren't working for you or aren't working anymore) and Learn a lot more...

There is more to your business than you know now, it is not just about the product or service that you offer.

Also learn about your market place, your niche, your clients, how to improve customer experience, how to retain customers, how to craft offers, how to handle objections, learn about your customers pains, their desires, their fears, learn how to leverage on some key digital tools to improve your productivity.

Your business will succeed only to the level of your skillfulness in the business, in other words, whatever you're struggling with in your business is a sign that there may be insufficient knowledge or lack of it.

Your business will not rise above the level of your knowledge.

Learn! 🙇🙇🙇

3. Stop selling Products ❌❌❌

This is one terrible mistake I see a lot of businesses make.
I know it sounds contrary to popular belief, but trust me, this may be why you haven't sold out yet! 🤔🤔🤔

Stop selling Products, start selling Experiences! ✅✅✅

Every Product is a Vehicle (🚐🚐🚐) that Transports Customers (🤵🤵) to an Experience (😋😋😋).

Your clients are not looking for products, they're in search of Outcomes, They're looking for Solutions, they're in search of Experiences!
Take advantage of this, ask yourself:

"What are the destinations that my product or service can take my clients to" 🤔

Write out at least 10 destinations or experiences 🗒️🗒️🗒️, apply them in your marketing and watch your sales skyrocket.✈️✈️✈️
