GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

1. A copy of your NIN Slip. (It must be validated/verified before your passport processing.)

2. Completed Application Form

3. Birth certificate issued by NPC (National Population Commission) or Declaration of age certificate from High court (where applicable)

4. Identification Certificate from your LGA, or State of Origin Certificate.

5. Evidence of payment (Your payment receipt)

6. Appointment slip (first page only)

DOCUMENTS FOR 0-17 YEARS (MINORS)

1. Everything in the general requirements.

2. Evidence of Nigerian citizenship of parent(s).

3. Birth certificate issued by NPC, if the child was born in Nigeria.

4. Letter of consent from either of the parents

DOCUMENTS FOR 18-59 YEARS (SINGLE ADULTS)

1. Same as all the documents listed in the general requirements.

DOCUMENTS FOR 60YEARS+ (SENIORS)

1. Everything in general requirements, minus birth certificate (except if you already have a birth certificate, then that's ok.)

2. Letter/Certificate of declaration of age.

DOCUMENTS FOR MARRIED / DIVORCED / WIDOWED ADULTS.

2. Evidence of maiden name

3. Declaration of divorce

4. Marriage certificate

5. Certificate of marriage with current spouse (if you remarried)

7. Sworn affidavit from court showing change of name.

Yes! there are more than one Nigerian passport at the immigration.
Lets get through it;

1. Standard Passport:
