WHAT HAPPENED TO BISHOP DAVID ABIOYE AT A HOTEL - LESSON FOR ALL.

PATIENCE: *A LESSON OF LIFE BY BISHOP DAVID ABIOYE*

I walked into a hotel and after going through the menu, I ordered some food.
After about 20 mins a group of guys and ladies walked in & ordered theirs.

To my dismay, these folks got served first. I watched as they began to eat & laugh heartily.
I even overheard one of them bragging about how connected he is to everyone in the hotel and I felt mocked.

I decided to leave. Unable to take it anymore , I called the waiter. He calmly told me: "Yours is a special order, being prepared by the chief chef himself.

Their orders were prepared hurriedly by students on attachment because the top chefs are busy with yours Sir. That's why they were served first. Please have some juice as you wait". I calmed down & waited patiently.

Shortly after, my meal was served by 6 waiters. Unknown to me, the owner of the hotel (who happened to be an old long lost friend of mine) saw me when I entered and decided to surprise me.

She changed my simple meal to a five-star meal. The party at the other table were shocked.
They couldn't stop staring. Suddenly they were the ones murmuring, asking why they didn't get that kind of service and meal.

Such is life! Some people are ahead of you and are eating now, laughing at you and talking about how they are smarter, wiser and better than you, how they are well connected, blessed, have money and are enjoying life .

You are waiting tirelessly wondering why it's taking so long to breakthrough, You endure mockery and humiliation.
Maybe you have contemplated su***de, gone throughout depression or suffered severe mental anxiety.

Do not worry! The owner of the world has seen you and doesn't want you to be served a simple meal like those making a mockery of you. You're waiting long because yours is a special meal.
It takes time to prepare. And only chief chefs prepare them.
Wait for your meal and relax.

THE CRY OF A GENERATION

You must have been a victim sometime of the gross decadence in this generation. Have you not noticed that even children are culprits of all sorts of unimaginable crime? You then begin to wonder, how did we get here... How did it get this bad.

The ones that are before have embraced corrupt way and pioneered ways of self satisfaction via the energies of the soul, but the few righteous men in that generation weep daily when they see how further our generation has fallen, the degree of reconstructive work needed is enormous.

The average church guy doesn't not know the ways of the God he worships and the contemporary church lady is full of lusts, you will see them sing in churches and pray with so much force. But yet filled with too many worldly desires....

And then you wonder what hope there is for the fallen world when people that sit on pews and preach on alters are full of corruption?!

Lord this cannot be beyond repair!

Indeed two generations are wailing,

The righteous ones before screaming, HOW HAST THOU FALLING!

And the innocent ones coming after crying that it may please to Lord to orchestrate the revival that has been promised!

Things must definitely change!

A generation must stop giving excuses, stop being victims of circumstance and embrace the process of valiance.

A prophecy is upon us, an utterance that is as ancient as God, and the proof that we found the strongest Spirit is that the foundations of this dark civilisation will be shaken to the root!

When I go to minister in schools/ campuses, it is shocking the number of addiction cases I have to just give listening ears too during counselling sessions. Many addicted to immorality and drug abuse!

You will be shocked go know the number of young girls that have become addicted to hard drugs in the past five years, all this are happening and you yet lack a burden to become the force of salvation that a generation is waiting for, that is already a sign that you are sleeping.

3. To have the likeness of God. God is love and we ought to be like our creator
4. Obedience to God.
love keeps us in a place of obedience to the commandments he gave..
for example, YOU WOULDN'T GOSSIP ABOUT WHO YOU LOVE.

HOW TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER
1. You love others by encouraging them.
When you encourage someone, you give them courage, support, and hope. You help them go through their trials and keep moving forward. A word of encouragement can make such a vast difference in others’ lives.
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:11
2. pray for one another.
3. leave at peace with one another
4. forgive one another.
5. possess the fruit of the spirit.
6. Obey God.
7. Love everyday, hold no grudges.

Note: God is closer to those who loves.
√ When you love people, YOU LOVE GOD.
And the Bible says, Romans 8:28
"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them."
