How "IBE" brutally lost his right hand.
Part2..

The big question is 'What happened?.

What happened was that IBE was caught stealing.
Dee "NDUKA" as we normally call him narrated that they discovered that some one have been stealing from his house through the back window every Sunday when they might have left the house to the church.

Him and his wife concluded on a plan how they will deal with the thief that always steal from them every Sunday.

That particular Sunday, Dee NDUKA didn't go to church and he locked himself inside while his wife go to church alone.
Fortunately for Dee NDUKA, the theif come again for his normal doings without knowing what was waiting for him inside.

Immediately "IBE" the theif opened the back window and put his right hand.

Guess what!!!
Dee NDUKA without mercy cut off his right hand.
Oooh yes, He cut off IBE's hand.

Every Sunday was for the theif and that one Sunday was for the owner of the house.
Up till today "IBE" is still walking around the village with one hand.

Nomatter how many times you do bad things thinking that nobody is going to see or catch you, always Bear in mind that you are not invisible and one day you're going to learn your lessons in a brutal way like "IBE" learned his.

The big question is will you have done the same thing if you were to be in Dee NDUKA's shoe??

It was one beautiful Sunday morning years ago in my village UMUOGE in OBERETE ISIALA, at around 11am...

We all were still in the church that faithful day when we heard this loud distress voice shouting and crying "anwụọlam oooo, anwụọlam oooo"
Everyone of us in the church both people at home ran to the scene to know exactly what was going on.

To everyone surprised, it was "IBE" that was shouting and running at same time with blood all over.

If you're thinking of giving up, remember in 2 Years you could be marrying someone you haven't met yet.

In 2 Years you could have a Job at a Company You haven't heard of that makes you happy.

In 2 Years you could be on your way to buying or building a home you never thought you could afford.

In 2 seconds you could be happy again. In 10 years you could be watching your kids growing up, but you'll never know unless you get there.

If you feel tired don't give up, just take a nap. Gather yourself and remember it's a bad time not a bad life, you'll get through this. Nothing is permanent.

Don't stress yourself too much because no matter how bad the situation is, it will Change.♥️

Go home,
Ask your mother why grown men stay up late at night,

Ask her why the size and brightness of the moon changes according to our mood,

Why the function of the sun is categorised,
According to our labour,

Ask the farmer why seasons change,
And why one must choose to obey,

Go home,
Ask your father, why good wives grow to hiss at every command,

Why children grow from gifts to liabilities,
Why homes outgrow themselves into houses,

How promises fall from lips to the feet,
And vows wear out by seasons,

And suddendly, after so many years,
We begin where we started, again,

Go home,
Ask your grandfather, what it is to have a grandchild,
Whether it is like a reward from a good deed or profit from a wise bargain,

Ask about life, even though you have your own conclusions,
Listen to that side of the story,

Ask a grandmother about her first dream,
And the last,
About life and death,

About fantasies and pleasure,
About love and hate,

About wanting and not having,
About prayers and answers,

Talk to your elder brother about other things,
About wars, about crisis,

Why an arm must be offered for the sake of pride,
And a leg, an eye, a life, in the name of a flag,

Look at the size of the scars and imagine the depth of the wounds,
Look at the past and wonder about its lessons,

Go home,
Sit with yourself,

And from here, question everything,
Including yourself,

And whatever answers you find,
You did it for yourself,

So go home,

READ WITH PATIENCE🙏

If you are in your twenties or have passed your twenties, you must've noticed life moved really fast from 21 to 30 than it actually moved from 15 to 18 years old.

When I was fifteen,I just couldn't wait to turn eighteen. Days crawled on forever and I thought I would never reach this eighteen which held promises of freedom, leaving home anytime it pleases me and doing every adult thing I ever had in mind to do.

I never knew when eighteen came and before I stopped to take note, I am in my late twenties and within the two years of being there. And how I got here so fast,I simply have no idea. Perhaps the son of AKWARANDU OGBONNA is not the only one feeling this way and that is why I am sharing this piece with you today.

A lot of life changing event and decisions happen in our twenties and this is why time moves really fast. Some get into university, some become apprentice, some change cities,fall in and out of love. Start up stuff and all along the way, our emotions and mindset is going through very deep change.
Oftentimes,this makes us scared, uncomfortable and afraid of the future.

In your twenties and maybe early thirties (I'm not there yet anyway), your heart will go through lots of challenges because of broken promises in business, love and career.

Those who promised to be there for you May not always come through because life might be tough for them in some way and they may not want to tell you about it. You will slowly begin to understand that sadly, life isn't always to be seen in white and black.

As you grow quickly and understand who you are, keep in mind that others around you are going through a similar process. Do not ask of another, that which you know would be hard for you to do if you were in their position.

So here's lesson worth sharing with your friends and Loved ones today;
Life is in stages and as you reach each one, I hope you will be equipped to face it.

You will find yourself in .........

That moment when you get a conviction that you are a bright light that just needs IGNATION and you go out looking for it.

The very moment when you know for sure that you are an EAGLE just AWAITING your wings to grow long enough.

The moment you realized that you are that little "HUMMING BIRD" that refused to be DISCOURAGED by its seemingly insignificant efforts to put of the forest fire.

That moment as an entrepreneur when you realize that you have only YOURSELF to pull this vision through as nobody can see what you see.

That moment when you stretch your all but there is very little HELPLESS and annoying SPACE between you and your target.

That moment when you have metaphorically "FILLED ALL THE DRUM WITH WATER" as ordered at the wedding in cana of Galilee such that no human effort is NECESSARY.

THat moment when the red Sea is BETWEEN you AND THE PROMISED LAND and Egyptians war chariots are fast approaching.

Go deeper within..... GATHER YOUR PATIENCE. MENTAL MUSCLES. FAITH. FOCUS.

The good book say that " The Enemies you see here you shall see them no more.
