*KITCHEN TIPS*

1. When peeling Banana or Plantain, apply oil in your hands so as to avoid the sticking effect.
2. You can store your moi-moi leaves in d freezer for months by putting dem in a big nylon bag. You only bring out d quantity u need to use per time.
3. Don't cover ur Ogbonor & Okro soup wen cooking bcos it will make it not to draw well again and after cooking it allow it to cool down before covering.
4. If u don't want to cry while cutting ur onion. Before slicing d onion, peel d back & put in the fridge for 10mins den bring it out & slice.
5. Preserve your dry fish and crayfish inside freezer with a tight closed container.
6. Add salt to your coco yam when it starts boiling to soften quickly.
7. Soak ur garlic in cold water for like a min, and use ur hand to remove d back, it will come off easily.
8. To cut pepper with your hand apply vegetable oil on ur hand b4 cutting d pepper. U will not feel d effect or hotness.
9. To preserve your beans from weevils and likes, remove dirt's from beans and store in a Jerry can with cover or put the beans in a nylon and get a bucket with cover. The beans will last and remain cool till the last grain.
10. If you're boiling your rice and it's too soft due to too much water just put a slice of bread on it and it will absorb the water and normalize the rice.
11. Tie the head of your plantain to avoid air then keep it in the fridge to avoid it from getting ripe.
12. Wrap your unused fresh vegetables inside a paper. It could be newspaper then put in a nylon bag b4 keeping it in the fridge
13. If hot water or hot oil mistakingly pour on any part of your body, just pour flour on d affected area immediately .... And it makes your skin not to peel or swell up.
14. Soak ur beans for moi moi in hot water for about 10 mins and wash. It makes dem come off easily.
15. To store ur Ogiri, mix it with salt and put in a container. Ur Ogiri will stay for years without getting spoilt.

Better to be an average guy in a high rent district than be a lord in a ghetto. Move from a low rent area even if you have to live in a room in a high rent area. Poverty is not caused by generational curses, but by generational bad habits triggered by your environment. You are the average of the 5 people you hang around with the most. Your neighbours either add to your labour or your favour. That is why you should choose where you live wisely. Slums often come with scums. It is hard to rise above your location.

If you relocate to America, after a while your accent and mannerisms will change, because location affects your behaviour. It is the same thing with locating yourself with broke and unserious people. After a while, you adopt their poverty inducing speech and manners. It is easier to get rich due to the incident of association, than to get rich through the accident of luck. Forget about lottery, and sport betting. Those things are found in higher numbers in poor areas for a simple reason. Because they are scams. You have a higher chance of getting rich by associating with wealthy people!

Nollywood Veteran, Mr Clem Ohameze Recieves N8m from Prophet Jeremiah For His Surgery.

Ahead of his surgery, and after begging Nigerians for prayers, sick Nollywood actor, Mr Clem Ohameze has been handed a gift of N8 million.

Mr Ohameze was handed the N8 million gift by a popular Warri, Delta State based pastor known as Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin.

Prophet Jeremiah, who is the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, handed the gift to the veteran Nollywood actor on Sunday.

Recall that Ohameze recently called on Nigerians to pray for him as he prepares to undergo a surgery.

He made the call in a video that went viral on social media, narrating how his health deteriorated after he had a car accident some time ago.

The actor also disclosed that after the accident, he had visited the hospital where an x-ray was conducted on him to ascertain the extent of injury sustained.

According to him, the result of the x-ray showed that his “cervical vertebrae 3 had collapsed on the 4th, thereby causing pressure on my spinal cord and the retardment of the lower limb”.

Ohameze said he was treated for a while and he got better. He, however, said he noticed that he started having difficulty walking later.

The film star said after undergoing a further scan, he was told that he would have to undergo a procedural surgery to separate the cervical vertebrae three from four to free the spinal cord permanently.

“After they showed me the procedure and how it’s been done, I was scared. I was told that they are going to cut open the neck and physically separate the cervical vertebrae three from four and then use an iron plate to plate it with some screws so it can remain permanent,” he said.

“It was scary but I have no choice. I seriously need people’s thoughts and prayers as I go in for this procedural surgery.”

In October last year, the actor had narrated how a mob attacked and robbed him in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state capital, during the protest.

God is not a man that He should lie, neither is He the son of man that He should repent. Whatever God says always come to pass because His Words are yeah and amen.

What is that thing you are believing God and expecting a miracle for? Keep on pressing in prayers and never relent. Intercede for others in prayers too and develop the habit of giving to those in need in your neighbourhood; no matter how small.

Do this consistently until God shows up. And God will definitely show up in your case and your life will become a testimony. The type of testimony that will wow your mockers and compel them to ask you how you did it.

I have seen people complain that their prayers are not been answered! They have prayed from year to year asking God for one particular thing but the thing is not forthcoming, thereby making them to conclude that there's no God!

The truth is that when some people pray, they don't communicate with God, they just talk and talk to themselves alone. Prayer is a means of communication with God. When you pray, you just don't talk and talk and then say amen; You must also listen to God for Him to speak to you.

And when God speaks, He always does so with instructions. He is a covenant keeping God and not a Santa Claus. Whenever you demand something from God via prayers, there must be something you must do for you to get your desired miracle.

Next time when you pray to God, don't just talk and talk, you should also listen to Him to enable you get the instructions on what you should do for your demands to become a reality. There is God and He is very much around you everywhere you go.
