Factors such as: •Rapid urbanization, •Inadequate infrastructure (also arising from poor town planning), •Poor waste collection systems, and •Lack of public awareness about proper waste disposal all contribute to poor waste management. As a result, many Nigerian cities and communities often feature overflowing dumpsites, polluted water bodies, and contaminated air....
