Cyber Cousins are dragging Jay Z for refusing to give his cousin $4800 to start a business when Jay Z is worth 2.5 Billion USD....

I've listened to the video where Jay Z revealed this.

Let me say this to you all cyber relatives - Jay Z was right.

His cousin asked for $4800 and promised to turn it into a million USD - WITHOUT A BUSINESS PLAN.

His cousin had no experience in the said business and just wanted to take advantage of his relationship with the Billionaire.

Well, Jay Z told Kevin Hart in that conversation that "LIFE DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY". That's the truth. Life and money doesn't work that way.

You see, Jay Z may be worth 2.5 Billion USD but remember, he doesn't have that money in cash. He probably lives below $200,000 per month and $4800 is big money for someone who lives on that budget. Elon Musk lives on about $200,000 per month. And he sometimes borrows extra money to pay his monthly bills.

Stop confusing Networth for liquid cash.

There's a possibility that most of you here have more cash than Jay Z - you just don't have more assets than him.

Lastly, it's easier to get money from your friends than from a super rich relative. Believe me, they wish they can also give you some money but the process of accessing their wealth is too long for small amounts. And they already have a budget which they strictly follow.
If you are not talking big money and well researched business where you have already invested and made profits, please stay away from super rich people's money. Get that $4800 from your normal friends - JayZ won't put a cent in a $4800 business.

Some of you are angry with your rich friends and relatives - you go vex tire until you learn how money works. You better start building with your small money until you get to the point where they can APPROACH YOU THEMSELVES to invest in what you are doing. Be patient. I have kept a relationship for 9 years with a billionaire before they ever invested in my business. It takes time. Just build with what you have and the rest will join you later.

*JUST THINKING OUT LOUD - MOHBAD, "SORRY"*

As a parent whose son is into secular music, I chose to take my time to really understand what is happening regarding Mohbad's death and it's so painful that majority of us only listen to beats and sounds in music but never pay attention to the lyrics.

Lyrics is what makes the music not just the sound and the beat. Those are just supporting team.

However, I listen to another version of his songs this morning title "Sorry" where he narrated the stories surrounding his life, saying...

"This kind life e tire me
Daddy no get salary
Ten years I no see money
Step mother no care
Landlord e dey worry
My brothers are hungry
Daddy gather money make I go poly
I go poly but I no go class daddy I am sorry"

The first part of the song talked about the hardship his parents are facing, the maltreatment of his step mother, the landlord threats, his brothers staying all days without food.

Trust me, all these are more than enough for anyone to be mislead and get involved in anything just to change the cause of their lives and that was exactly what Mohbad did.

In the second verse of the Lyrics, he went on to say that...

"I don dey do Yahoo
I don dey chop banku
Omo pastor ti wonu aye"

He just made it clear that even though he is a Pastor's son; all that is no longer matter as he had decided to be part of anything that can bring in money and eradicate poverty out of his family.

The third version of the lyrics hit hard on his parents and their failure as parents; saying

"Mummy just dey pray
Daddy just dey pray for me
Make e better for me
Me I no go school
Only thing I fit do
Music me I choose"

Some parents are nothing but total disgrace to humanity. And if you are a parent and you cannot pay closer attention to your children and be sure of the kind of friends they keep and the things they do, then you are nothing but a disgrace.

Praying for your children is never enough, wisdom demands that you get fully involves in their lives and be sure of what they are doing that requires your prayers, so that you don't end up praying for them doing the wrong things.

The last part of the song talks about he giving up on life and his total confusion of what life has in stock for him, saying...

"This kind life e tire me

Iwaju loloko yi wa mi'lo

A confusing state of mind is a dead zone, a place of delusional and depression. A state where all the wrong things seems right even when you are so sure that whatever is flying through your mind is never the right thing.

I'd heard both parents talking about he giving them money, they'd never talked about he telling them or discussing with them of his challenges, fears, plans and future; that speaks volumes.

I'm sorry to say this, but his lyrics on this song, speaks more of his parents failing him big time. And if you are a parent, please pay attention to your children and be their closest friend.

Not all the children have the mental capacity to say No to what they believe is not right for them. Some are strong enough to walk away from anything and anyone they considered unhealthy to their wellbeing. Some don't know how to.

Either way, parents, pay attention to your children, question their source of income and find out what the plans regarding their life is. It's important.

It shall be well with all our children l'oruko Jesu. Amen!

A respected Man sent me this on WhatsApp…

Festus, Mohbad father's went to the secondary school where I started form 1 in 1983. He was a year my senior. He left in form 2 when school fees was increased. He's 55 years old. Poverty made him look older.

He's a gospel musician and Mohbad was one of his back up singers for many years.

WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt has sadly passed away at the age of 36, as announced by Triple H.

The former Universal Champion returned to the company during the Extreme Rules premium live event last year to a huge reaction from the crowd. He competed in his first match since returning at the Royal Rumble this year, where he defeated LA Knight.

Lady Jumps Into Lagos Lagoon Following Heated Argument With Fiancé Few Weeks After He Proposed

A lady identified as Adetutu Adedokun, an operative of the Department of State Security (DSS) jumped into Lagos lagoon following an argument with her fiancé.

According to reports, the incident had occured on Thursday, 10th of November 2022.

It was learned that the DSS operative disembarked from the taxi she was in, headed for the railings and plunged into the water.

The rescue team from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) was immediately dispatched to look for the woman, and according to unconfirmed reports, have been rescued.

Adetutu Adedokun who was recently proposed to by her boyfriend, had, only four months ago, gotten commendation from the DG of the DSS as the best unarmed operative in her set.

Veteran Nollywood Legend Nkem Owoh, Reportedly Rejects N10 Million Offer To Support APC's 'Tinubu'

Unlike some of his colleagues, popular Nollywood legend, Nkem Owoh, aka Osuọfia has reportedly rejected a N10 Million offer to endorse Bola Tinubu, APC Presidential candidate ahead of the 2023 Presidential election.

According to sources, the Veteran Nollywood Actor said N10 Million cannot buy his endorsement as 2023 is critical for the collective good of all citizens and would NEVER be sold.

It was learnt that Osuofia was offered the usual 5 million Naira for endorsement of the candidate, but he refused. Even when the offer was doubled on account of his worth, he still refused.

According to him, not everybody is amenable to the persuasiveness of money.
