I have dated some girls and the reason why they kept leaving was because they expected me to do what their father could not do for them. I was popular in high school with no car. Anytime I'm entering the Okada I put on helmet to cover my face, it was so shameful because I couldn't afford to buy a car.
There was this girl in the hostel, even when I'm struggling with my Identity and trekking, she expected me to buy her a car. When she discovered I couldn't afford one she started hanging around guys with cars before she eventually left me.

Bill Gates was invited by a high school to give a lecture. He arrived by helicopter, took the paper from the pocket where he had written eleven items. He read everything in less than 5 minutes, was applauded for more than 10 minutes non-stop, thanked him and left in his helicopter. What was written is very interesting, read:

1. Life isn't easy — get used to it.

SLEEP AROUND AND DIE POOR OR CONTROL YOUR SEXUAL APPETITE AND SUCCEED....

A man is not measured by how many women he has slept with. There's absolutely no trophy for sleeping with countless women.

Having self control over your s*xual appetite is key.

A man who has conquered his lust for s*x has won 90% battles of life.

Don't be s*xually driven, don't allow your p***s drive your life.

Remember that the more women you sleep with, the more poorer you're likely to become. Because every lady has a bill for you in terms of lodge bill, transport bill, food bill, beer bill, clothes bill, hair bill, rent bill, outing bill, nail/eyelashes bill, lotion and perfume bill... by the time you are done spending you'll be a broke ni**ah.

I don't teach you things about women in order to confuse you but I am here to open your eyes.

Discipline is everything and if you lack discipline as far as women are concerned then forget about success.

I personally have what it takes to sleep with women on daily basis but life has taught me that there's more to life than s*x, discipline taught me to prioritize life goals first not s*x.

I lie not, these days getting s*x is cheap and that's the more reason why you should not take it serious.

You can always get it any time you want. So no need for unnecessary drama and in any hurry.

What's more important than s*x now.....

An IGBO man walks into a bank in LAGOS and asks for the loan officer. He tells the loan officer that he is going to DUBAI on business for four weeks and needs to borrow #5,000.

The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the IGBO man hands over the keys to a brand new Mercedes Benz S class 500 parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the log book and everything checks out. The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the IGBO man for using
a #30 Million Mercedes Benz as collateral against a #5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives the Mercedes Benz into the bank's underground garage and parks it there.

Four weeks later, the IGBO man returns, repays the #5,000 and the interest, which comes to #150.41. The loan officer says, 'Sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out very nicely but we are a little puzzled.

While you were away, we checked you out and found that you are a multi millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow ' #5,000'.

A man was asked what gives happiness and his reply was money.
I can confidently tell you about 95% of people believe this fallacy,that's why a woman can comfortably marry a man who she doesn't love because of money,a girl can sleep with a man because of money,a man can k!ll because of money, the list goes on and on... That's why we have so many rich but sad people on Earth,who go about chasing money forgetting their real purpose on Earth.

But the undiluted and unarguably truth is...

Though money adds taste to life but it doesn't and will never give 100% happiness to mankind.

True happiness comes when you find your purpose in life, pursue and fulfill it.
Then love and be loved.

Don't go about chasing money,when your purpose is lying in the corner unfulfilled. When you fulfill your purpose,money will come to you naturally because you've earned it!

HIND FORESIGHT.

3. Put First Things First...

Follow due process. Don't jump the gunsss. Do it as it should. Use the standards. Flow with the ethics of your skills.

Don't not bend the rules to your detriment. If you must bend it,Break from existing norms that slow you down but beneficial at the long run.

4. Think Win-Win...

Most people think failure first. What if i don't get it right?But what if you do?

Occupy your mind with success. Even if you fail,You know it's temporary not Permanent. So you move on. By the way,Failure is part of the rungs you'd climb to attain success.

5. Seek First to Understand than to Be Understood...

Stop fussing People to understand you. It will happen overtime. Get to understand yourself. Be one with yourself first. This makes it easier for people to flow with you unarguably.

This is where the KLT factor comes in. Understand and be understood.

6. Synergize...

Synergize... synergies, Electrifying ones with people of strong mindset. I love this yet again. Build forces with people that fuel positive energies into you. If you want to go far,You need this.

If you struggle with procrastination, read this.

Strategies to overcome procrastination:

1. Concentrate on forming habits by taking small steps forward everyday. If you want to finish a 500 page book. Start by reading 10 pages daily, not 100 pages daily.

2. Just start working:

Force yourself to start and to make the first step. The hardest step is always the first step. Once you take the first step you forget about procrastination and the job gets done.

3. Consider your energy levels

Take regular breaks throughout the day (walk, stretch, eat, water, nap, etc.). Find your peak productive hours and push yourself. When your energy is getting low take those breaks.

4. Find ways to have more energy

Get enough rest (7 – 8 hours), eat a healthy diet, exercise a few times a week, drink enough water, etc. Low energy typically leads to procrastination.

5. Overcome the fear of failure

The fear of failure can lead to procrastination. Although, failure is a key component of success. You can't have one without the other. If you want to succeed faster, you have to fail more. Learn from those failures and thrive.

6. Make sure perfectionism isn't holding you back

Trying to get it perfect will lead to procrastination, and understanding that nothing will ever be perfect will help you beat procrastination. By breaking the habit you will go to places you would have never imagined before.

7. Create a list

Lists will help you feel like you're doing something, and crossing something off as "DONE" will keep you motivated. Making a list will reduce the risk that you forget to do something.

I saw a message attached to this photo and thought it was very powerful. I will rephrase it in this way.

This is a car, covered in mud and dirt. The driver understands that he is driving in a muddy environment. He does not stop to first clean the rest of the car. He simply ensures that the windscreen is clean and clear as he drives ahead.

This in many ways represents our pursuits in life- be in the struggle we are involved in, or any other venture.

Will life throw mud at you? Most definitely!

Will people throw dirt all over you? Hell yeah!

Will challenges and tribulations come your way? Assuredly!

Are there people who will brand you, malign you and throw all manner of profanities at you? As sure as day follows night!

Question is, what do you do when this happens? Your attitude will determine your altitude. Your response will determine whether you sink or swim. Whether you fly or collapse!

KEEP YOUR VISION CLEAR. As the mud comes in from all sides, keep your focus on the journey. Do not turn to the left or to the right - keep looking ahead. Let everything else be covered in mud but not your eyesight.

There is nothing that assists the enemy like seeing you stop everytime to concentrate on the dirt he is throwing at you. In the first place, that is his intention. Conversely, nothing destroys the enemy more than seeing you remain focused on the cause and the course despite all the mud they throw at you. That is the only way you can make it to your destination.
