Herbert Wigwe, his wife, Chizoba and son, Chizi have been buried in his hometown Omueke, Isiokpo in Rivers State.

Preceding the burial was a funeral service at the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Isiokpo in Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state.

The trio of Herbert, Chizoba and Chizi Wigwe alongside former Group Chairman of Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group), Abimbola Ogunbanjo, as well as two pilots were all in the Airbus Helicopter EC 130B4 with registration number N130CZ, which crashed near Halloran Springs, California, on February 9, 2024.

Unyeada fishing festival "Ijok-Irin," is an annual cultural fishing festival of the Obolo (Andoni) people, which is celebrated at unyeada kingdom in Andoni Local Government Area of River State. The Festival Showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Obolo people as the most creative and prosperous hard working, and fishing communities in Niger Delta and Nigeria at large. the IJok- Irin In Obolo Language is simply interpretated as Fish Feast, which usually marks the end of annual Traditional fishing season of the Obolo/Andoni people, between the month of July and August every year. The fish Festival is one of the bueatiful tourism attraction in Rivers State.

After the dissolution of the two Entertainment bodies in Andoni-Obolo Ethic, known as, "National Union Of Obolo Entertainers (NUOENT)" and "Obolo Entertainers Guild Of Nigeria (OBEGON)", a new body was setup after an MOU was signed.

"Obolo Entertainers Forum" was unanimously adopted as a name and umbrella to cover Obolo Entertainers/ Entertainment and a caretaker was setup to run the affairs of the union.
The new excos are;

1. Mr. Frank Macaulay- Chairman
2. Queen Uriah Fyne -VC
3. Messiah Barthelomew - Secretary
4. Queen AwajiOniro Hebron - Fin. Sec
5. Miss Charity Ojoko - Treasurer
6. Samuel Ebirien - Media/Publicity
7. Rufus Lambert - Provost

On this note, the public is hereby advised to deal with them as the only recognized Entertainment body in Andoni/Obolo Ethnics.
