BUILDING YOUR OWN STRATEGY
Every single day, I am chatting with a stranger
For over 3years, I have been testing on a marketing strategy that is not really common and since its not common, I want to claim it 😛
With my unique skill in marketing research and development, I have been able to come with an idea.
The idea of using curiosity to get leads for your business and whatever thing you are selling, so far it has worked on most of my service based offer.
It is something similar to copywriting, but to me, it's much deeper than it.
After so much backtesting, I have thought of building it further, though still figuring out how.
During the course of testing, I have generated over 5,000 interested persons and over 750 messaging.
And still counting, all these was gotten without a paid ads.
What that means is that, everyday on social media, I communicate with someone I don't know, a total stranger and I try my little best to become friends with them.
And now, I want to give it a name, as I intend going to the public speaking Business very well.
So instead of the normal result and lifestyle marketing that people do to get anyone to join their business or buy their products
I have decided to create my own
I call it VORACITY MARKETING
It is not a commonly used word, I pray it becomes common through me, so I will write my name in the book of legends.
So the meaning
Voracity marketing is defined as a marketing strategy that is designed to tap into people's insatiable desire for something - whether that's knowledge, products, or experiences. It's about creating campaigns that encourage people to want more, to seek more, and to consume more.
it's about creating campaigns that are intense, aggressive, and relentless in their pursuit of capturing people's attention and interest.

Have you ever watched an American crime movie, where someone posses an attack or did something to a mafia boss or a high ranking government persons and you will hear lines from the Security operatives handling the case like " I want every details about this person, his home, his travel receipt, hotels he has been to and so on, and sometimes you will hear that they couldn't get any record of the person.

YOUR BUSINESS CAN STILL BE YOUR JOB ROLE
Starting a business is not funny and it's not always about easier said than done.
Once you are financially ready you can start any business wether you know much about it or not.
In 2017
I started a popcorn business, I never knew how to make popcorn, nobody even taught me, I just bought the machine and gas, and set it up.
Everyone around just watched as I burnt my first set of popcorn, even though the sweet smelling savour was just in the atmosphere attracting passerby.
But, guess what?
I learned it, after a few trials, and I started selling it to interested buyers.
So to the point I want to make.
Your small business can still be a job role, let's say you start a painting business, or open an electrical repair shop.
Someone might just recommend you to a job to supply and paint a company and also be their designated painter for the company for a contract for 3years or more, in a sense it's your business but in another way round it's a job too.
Same goes to any other forms of business.
Yours is to be diligent and excellent in delivering your services, as long as you are consistent, you will hit a jackpot of contract one day.
There are lot of people doing business wrongly these days, make it your unfair advantage and do business better.

WHAT MADE LAGOS CITY VERY SUCCESSFUL AND HOW PORT HARCOURT CITY CAN REPLICATE THE SAME.
This thought came to me after series of thoughts have been battling in my head, take a look at Lagos
I haven't really lived or stay in Lagos, but I can bet that most of the production or distribution companies in Lagos is inside an estate, a very secured one for that matter.
Now, foreign investors are looking forward to expand in African countries because they are more of the consumers just like American and because of how friendly Nigeria is to foreigners, it has become a growing population with over 200million people living in.
This is how it happened, Lagos presented an opportunity to the foreign investors, told them that we can become your Nigeria partners for your products, we will give you our estates to use, and base on our partnership bla bla bla...
Now, how can Portharcourt city replicate the same and become a mega city that will attract foreign investors
Simple, those estate that you people are selling up and down, turn them to commercial usage, put it out for investors to come use and sell their products, they will cover the logistics afterall they got the place for free.
Put in a strong MoU system carefully guided through a legal system.
They will troop in, then sit and watch how people will be running to Portharcourt to do business and reside.
Who will Portharcourt city attracts, Abia state, akwa ibom state, imo state, ebonyi state, bayelsa and delta.
Food distribution will be easy, no more buying from Lagos, we buy within, prices of goods and services will reduce, a lot of jobs will be available in such a way that, if you don't have a job is because you don't want to work at all.
