The song peacked at number on in various countries in and out of the nation wide.

After years of been a producer pheelz decided to drop and pick up as an artiste,
He's first hit single "Finesse" was supposed to feature Omah lay but he's was out of the country so pheelz picked Buju in the song and they made a wonderful smach hit.

12 Senior Advocates Appointed by Tinubu Withdraws themselves from the case, Says Peter Obi evidence against Tinubu is undefeated.

Drama in the courtroom today as Tinubu 12 Senior Advocates hired to defend him in the 2023 Presidential court case withdraws and leave the courtroom as Peter Obi showed them a quarter not half of the evidence against Tinubu and INEC.

One of tinubu's hired senior Advocates who left the courtroom was overheard laughing and saying, " I have collected my share of Tinubu Money, I can't die or or go to jail when evidence is overwhelming, let them call" Festus Kayamo spokesperson for APC Presidential campaign Council to defend him.

The judge has to schedule the case till next week Thursday since there was no single lawyer or San to defend Tinubu in court.

THE UNTOLD STORY OF HOW AND WHY FELA KUTI MARRIED 27 WOMEN ON THE SAME DAY IN 1978 (A must read)

In 1978, the pioneer of Afrobeats, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, married 27 women in one day. This should not be strange to those who know the life and style of the Nigerian music legend nicknamed Abami Eda (strange creature).

Many of Fela’s band members became homeless after the devastating soldier attack on Fela’s commune (Kalakuta Republic) in 1977. In order to keep them together, Fela decided to do the unusual.

He gave a piece of paper to his female band members requesting the names of those that would like to marry him; the entire twenty-seven female band members put down their names.

After getting their consent, Fela Kuti married the 27 women on the 20th of February, 1978, at the Parisona Hotel in Anthony, Lagos, with the blessings of twelve Ifa priests. It was alleged that some parents of the ladies objected the marriage.

Fela married the women to protect and keep them together. The marriage ceremony was attended by Fela’s families, friends and other band members.

During the marriage ceremony, Fela rendered a short speech, pressed naira notes on his new wives’ foreheads and gave them marriage certificates. Fela embraced a rotation system of 12 wives at a time. After the marriage, Fela took his 27 wives to Ghana for honeymoon.

However, in 1986, shortly after his release from prison, Fela Kuti divorced his 27 wives on the claim that marriage brings jealousy. It should be noted that they were not forced to leave his house after the divorce; some lived with him till his death in 1997.

NBA laments Imo attacks, govt promises better security..

THE Nigerian Bar Association on Tuesday raised the alarm over incessant attacks on judicial institutions in Imo State, saying the trend is becoming a disturbing one.

But the state government told The RicardoTv that it is doing everything possible to ensure the safety of lives and property in the state.

While raising concerns, the NBA cited the fire incident at the Owerri Magistrate Court, reportedly caused by arsonists; attacks on the High Court of Imo State, Orlu; a fire incident at the Bailiffs’ Section of the Magistrates Court in Owerri; and the burning of the Customary Court in Orlu by hoodlums.

In a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Akorede Lawal, the NBA also lamented the recent attacks on legal practitioners.

“There is no gainsaying the fact that these attacks on the courts have affected the confidence of the residents in the government, particularly its judicial arm; for if the courts which are Houses of Justice are not safe, no citizen will consider his or her life and properties to be safe.

“Equally, these attacks will cause unimaginable and inordinate delays in the administration of justice and impact negatively the livelihoods of our members in Imo State, many of whom are litigators,” the NBA said.

The association then urged the state government to provide security for court premises, stressing that judicial officers also needed protection.

“While the NBA leadership is in touch with our local branches in Imo State to ensure that the culprits are found and made to face the full weight of the law, the NBA also calls on the Government of Imo State to deliberately and urgently beef up security in and around all the courts’ premises in the state.

“Asides from the fact that judicial officers must be protected to perform their constitutional duties in a safe atmosphere, the courts in which they sit also house sensitive documents and people’s properties, as such, the courts deserve the maximum security.

“Citizens are also urged to be vigilant and observant to ensure that no one, for selfish interests, makes a mess of what is important to us all,” the statement added.

Speaking with our correspondent on Tuesday, the Imo State Commissioner for Information, Declan Emelumba, said relative peace had returned, just as he revealed that the state had been urging legal practitioners to return to courts.

He said, “The state government is doing everything to protect lives and property all over the state, not just courts. Even NBA itself will agree that relative peace has returned.

“Last week, the government was urging them to return to courts because we noticed that magistrate’s courts were not holding on Mondays which means they were afraid of sit-at-home. The government was urging them to go to court because adequate security had been provided.

“Even without what they are saying, the government is conscious of its responsibility to provide adequate security for lives and property and is doing everything within its power to protect indigenes and residents in the state.

THE German Government on Tuesday commenced the repatriation of 1,130 looted Benin bronzes to Nigeria.

At a ceremony held in Abuja, German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Annalena Baerbock, symbolically handed over 22 of the 1,130 looted artefacts to his Nigerian counterpart, Geoffrey Onyeama, and the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

The event was witnessed by the German Minister of State for Culture, Claudia Roth; the German Ambassador to Nigeria, Anneth Gunter, and over 50 top officials from Germany.

Mohammed said the event would remain indelible in the history of mankind when Germany trailed the blaze in doing right to return the looted artefacts, adding that, “Twenty years ago, even 10 years ago, nobody could have anticipated these bronzes returning to Nigeria, because the obstacles to achieving repatriation were seemingly insurmountable.
