CSU Certificate Forgery: Jagaban Is Simply A ‘Genius’

By Rev. Moses Adeniyi

https://newsprobeng.com/csu-certificate-forgery-jagaban-is-simply-a-genius/

A recent event has just influenced my further knowledge of Jagaban. A few days ago, three of my classmates: one from a North American country, another from West Africa and the last from Europe, accosted me with a question during coffee break, after lectures. The guy from North America asked, “Who is your president?”

Before I could say anything, they were already laughing, boisterously. At first, I wanted to tag it “racism”, but I reminded myself that my African brother was also laughing with them. At that point, I became enraged and I felt psychologically abused, even thunderstruck.

When they noticed my countenance, one said in Italian, “mi dispiace caro (I am sorry dear)”.

I became calm and I wanted to engage them in a friendly discussion. The African jokingly asked again, “Who is your president?”

Without waiting for my response, the guy from Europe uttered, “A GENIUS.”

I asked myself, what are these guys up to? These guys might have been discussing the recent events in Nigeria and making a mockery of the whole country, I told myself.

I mustered courage and I hummed. “Hmmmmmm”.

“The recent events in America and Nigeria have shown Jagaban’s ingenuity in crime”. I responded.

At this point, the atmosphere erupted with laughter and I angrily left the scene without much ado. I was emotionally hurt! I felt embarrassed, treated with disdain and tears rolled gently from my eyes.

After a few moments, the North American guy came to me and said, “Emmanuel, be calm and let’s talk”.

At that time, the other two guys joined us.

He started with a story.

“Around 1860s, there was a German who was later nicknamed ‘The Napoleon of Crime’ due to his genius in robberies, jail breaking, pick-pocketing, change of names to dupe gullible people, defying all security measures etc. He made so much money through fraud; but he ended miserably because the society rose up against him. But Nigeria is yet to rise up against her ‘genius.'”

He continued.
“Do you know Joseph Goebbels who was celebrated by the N**i Party as the master strategist and purveyor of N**i propaganda? By his oratory prowess mixed with a little sarcasm, he turned the Germans against the Jewish people. Yes, he could be called a genius if he were to be a Nigerian today. But the world rose up against him and made sure he paid for his crimes.”

My friend equally said, “There were many other ‘geniuses’ like that man that has captured every sector of your country. Mention could be made of Joseph Stalin, Zodiac Killer and the Chicago Henry Howard Holmes where he claimed to have gone to study.”

According to him, “These guys used their ingenuity and prowess to perpetuate fraud, bloodthirsty missions, crimes and advance aggressive moral decadence of their countries and humanity. That’s what that man in your country is doing right now.

After these stories, he quoted Joseph de Maistre, saying, “Every country deserves the kind of leaders it has.” At this point, he asked, does your country celebrate “geniuses” like Jagaban because likes attract likes? Only a “genius” can forge primary, secondary and university certificates! Would Nigeria celebrate and be associated with EVIL GENIUS? As he was saying those words, the lecturer arrived for the next lesson! I WAS SPEECHLESS! I WAS SADDENED!

How have we gotten here? Frankly speaking, on Friday, October 6, I was not able to sleep at night because of this discussion I had during the day. Why would the giant of Africa be moving with a speed of millipede? When has the giant of Africa become a laughing stock just because of one man’s selfish interest? Why would a man be consistent in crime?

While all these thoughts were going on in my mind, I remembered that in 2014, I was a secondary school teacher in Osun State and then, I handled CIVIC EDUCATION for SS 1, SS 2, SS 3. In some of my lectures for SS 1 and SS 2 students, I taught them topics like: VALUES, CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION and LAWS. I told them that exam malpractice of any form, impersonation and forgery of any kind is punishable by the state. After almost 9 years, I am beginning to realize that what I told my students aren’t realizable in Nigeria. Did I lie to my students?

Who would save this country from this mockery and ridicule? The courts? Hmmmmmmm, most of our Justices are “GENIUSES” just like JAGABAN, their patron in evil. I am waiting for them to prove me wrong and reaffirmed that I was right in telling my students in 2014 that certificate forgery is a crime.
JAGABAN is an EVIL GENUIS!
NIGERIA IS BECOMING A LAND OF “GENIUSES”!

Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu
Office of the President of Nigeria

Abuja, Nigeria

Subject: A Plea for Honorable Resignation
Dear Mr. Tinubu,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I write to you today not as a political adversary, but as a concerned citizen deeply troubled by recent revelations surrounding your academic credentials and personal information. It is with a heavy heart that I address these issues, imploring you to consider an honorable resignation from your position as President of Nigeria.

The recent controversy regarding your alleged Chicago State University certificate forgery saga has cast a dark shadow over your leadership and, by extension, our nation's reputation. In a time when the people of Nigeria are seeking honest and transparent leadership, it is crucial that our President be an exemplar of integrity and credibility. The allegations surrounding your academic credentials raise serious questions about your suitability to lead our great nation.

Furthermore, the discrepancies in your date of birth, with three different dates being attributed to you, have only added fuel to the fire of public skepticism. In a country that has long grappled with issues of transparency and accountability, it is imperative that our leaders maintain the highest standards of honesty and consistency.

Mr. Tinubu, I understand the immense pressures and challenges that come with the office you hold, but I implore you to consider the greater good of Nigeria. By resigning from your position honorably, you would not only demonstrate your commitment to the principles of honesty and accountability but also allow our nation to heal from the wounds of doubt and mistrust that currently afflict it.

Nigeria deserves a leader who can unite the nation, inspire confidence, and set an example for generations to come. Your resignation would provide an opportunity for fresh leadership to emerge, one that can guide our country toward a brighter and more prosperous future.

I urge you to reflect deeply on the gravity of the situation and the impact it has on our beloved Nigeria. An honorable resignation would be a selfless act that puts the interests of the nation first. It would allow us to move forward with renewed hope and trust in our leadership.

May you find the wisdom and courage to make the right decision for Nigeria's sake. Our country's future is in your hands, and I pray that you will choose the path of honor and integrity.
Sincerely,
Ibrahim Musa babaalhaji

Being text of a press conference by His Excellency, Atiku Abubakar (GCON), Waziri Adamawa, Vice President of Nigeria (1999-2007) and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (2023), at the Shehu Yar’Adua Centre on the 5th of October 2023.

Protocol

Gentlemen of the Press, Fellow Citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I consider it important to address and report to you today on issues that define the future of elective government and legitimate leadership in our country.

Political leadership and active citizenship matter because they are ways through which we all work together to build a country that works for all who live in it. Our country is bigger than any of us, and its standing in the world affects the fate of all who come from or live in it. As leaders, it is our duty to advance the well-being of all our people and of the country.

For this purpose, my generation worked hard to return the soldiers to the barracks and to defend the right of the people to elect and establish for ourselves a legitimate government. Our elections are established and governed by law and founded on the constitution from which leadership and government in Nigeria alone derive their legitimacy.

The people look up to us as leaders to respect these rules and, where necessary, to defend them. This is what brings us here.

Today, we are called upon again as a people to uphold and defend the ground rules of elective government in our country. The constitution prescribes the requirements for those who seek the highest elective office in the land.

It should not take months or, indeed, decades, for the institutions concerned to be able to do their work in establishing the credibility of any certificates presented by candidates for public office.

We undertook this journey at great cost and for important reasons. The ground rules for legitimate governance in our country need to be upheld, and the reputation of our country is at stake. That affects everyone, Nigerians everywhere.

I am a democrat by conviction and a citizen of a country that I love. The issues at stake in this case require us once more to re-dedicate ourselves to both the country and our constitution.

Now, we entrust these facts to us all as citizens and as leaders of the institutions charged with interpreting our constitution. I should thank the lawyers both in Nigeria and in the United States, who have assisted us in bringing clarity and definitive answers to these issues that appear to have defied our institutions for nearly a quarter of a century. I also want to extend my gratitude to Nigerian citizens and friends of Nigeria both within and beyond the shores of our country for their patience as we have sought to find the facts and establish the truth.

I wish to pay tribute to the late human rights activist, Chief Gani Fawehinmi, SAN, who inspired us on this path of discovery. Now, he can truly rest in peace in the assurance that what he started about 23 years ago has come to fruition. Gani’s vindication today gives credence to the saying that no matter how fast a lie runs, the truth will someday overtake it.

Former American President Thomas Jefferson once said, “If I had to choose between government without newspapers, and newspapers without government, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose the latter”. From exposing the Watergate scandal and unravelling the dubious certificates of politicians, journalists have maintained eternal vigilance by bridging the gap and stepping in when other arms of government failed.

It is for these reasons that commendation must be given to David Hundeyin, an independent journalist whose extraordinary work and those of many more young people like him has become a source of inspiration. Special thanks must be given to the millions of Nigerian youths and citizen journalists too who continue to put out the truth online even when no one is listening. Indeed, the price of Liberty is Eternal Vigilance. They have put the country first in their firm commitment to unravel the truth and hold leaders accountable. This gives me the hope that we have worthy partners in the struggle to reclaim the country we call home.

This quest is not for or about Atiku Abubakar. It is a quest for the enthronement of truth, morality, and accountability in our public affairs. In line with this, therefore, I am calling on all well-meaning Nigerians, leaders of thought, our religious leaders, our traditional leaders, our community leaders, our political leaders, and in particular, Governor Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP and, the leaders of every political party in Nigeria, and, indeed, every single person who loves this country, as I do, and who wishes nothing but the best for the country, as I do, to join me in this campaign to enshrine probity, accountability and the basic principles of justice, morality and uprightness in our country and in our government. This is a task for each and every one of us.

Thank you for listening. May God bless you, and may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Determined to nullify the election of President Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on Tuesday, lodged 35 grounds of appeal before the Supreme Court.

Atiku, through his team of lawyers led by Chief Chris Uche, SAN, is praying the Apex court to set aside the judgement the Court of Appeal delivered on September 6, which affirmed Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as the valid winner of the presidential election that held on February 25.

He told the apex court that the verdict of the Justice Haruna Tsammani-led five-member panel of the President Election Petition Court, PEPC, which dismissed his petition against the outcome of the presidential contest, was not only perverse, but occasioned a grave miscarriage of justice against him.

The PDP candidate, who is a former Vice President, maintained that the PEPC panel erred in law, when it failed to nullify the presidential election on the grounds of non-compliance with the Electoral Act, 2022, even when evidence that was adduced before it, showed that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, acted in breach of extant laws and regulations guiding the conduct of elections.

He accused the PEPC of reaching its unanimous decision based on gross misconstruction and misrepresentation of provisions of both the 1999 Constitution, as amended, and the Electoral Act, 2022.

Tinubu certificate saga .... issues arrising in US Courtroom

Angela Liu who is Atiku’s Attorney for the case against Tinubu about the Chicago University Certificate has stated Chicago University NEVER gave Tinubu any certificate.

The application made in Case No. 23-cv-5099 was filed pursuant to 28 United States Constitution 1782.

She already submitted a 24-paragraph declaration in support of the Application, pursuant to 28 U.S.C 1782, for an Order granting leave to serve the Subpoenas to Chicago State University attached to the Application as Exhibits 1 and 2.

Angela Liu stated “How can you have two certificates issued by the same university, to the same person, for the same course of study, but issued on different dates and signed by two different people”.

The certificates which Tinubu submitted in Nigeria are of 2 different kinds:

☝🏻 The first Chicago State University certificate which Bola Tinubu submitted to INEC was issued on 22 June 1979 and signed by 3 signatories including a certain Dr. Elnora Daniel whose signature is dated 22 June 1979.

✌🏼The second certificate supposedly issued to Mr Enahoro by Tinubu and tendered at the PEPT was issued on 27 June 1979 and now signed by 2 people and the same Dr. Elnora Daniel signed it but now the date changed to 27 June 1979 and a certain Dr. Niva Lubin also signed.

Now EVIDENCE has shown that Tinubu submitted 2 different certificates and both may even be fake. The 2 certificates have different fonts, they both have different dates, they both have different Chicago University Logo, they both have different grammer written, they both have different
signatories.

Now here is the crazy part, the Dr. Elnora Daniel who Tinubu put on his certificate as a signatory for CSU in 1979 was NOT an employee of CSU in 1979
She was not employed by CSU until 1998
A whole 19 years after Tinubu allegedly graduated. So how did she sign in 1979 when the woman was not even an employee of Chicago University as at that time.

Also the second signatory Dr. Niva Lubin who Tinubu claimed signed his certificate dated in 1979 was NOT an employee of Chicago University until 1996 😭🤣😭
A whole 17 years after Tinubu claimed he graduated.

Tinubu has no certificate from Chicago State University and Atiku has taken the bold step to summon Chicago State University as a respondent in the case in Illinois.

INEC stole Nigeria’s election for a Chronic criminal and persistent crook
INEC should also not go unpunished.

The court in Illinois, United State are now setting up a court date to unravel the MYSTERY behind Bola Tinubu’s Chicago University Fraud.

26/08/2023

TINUBU'S CRIME IS DEEP

1. HE Atiku Abubakar would not be pursuing the authentic documents from Chicago State University if it was pointless.

2. Olanipekun and co attached CSU's transcript of Tinubu Bola A. academic records to the final address. This was a calculated 'smart' move to deny Atiku team the chance to scrutinise and counter it before closing of cases.

3. But by law, Atiku is permitted to challenge such smuggling in of new documents, which will not only sway public opinion but also be handy if case proceeds to Supreme Court.

4. Law permits Atiku to present his findings to Supreme Court if the CTC of Tinubu's academic records from CSU do not correspond with the one Olanipekun attached to the final address.

5. For many reasons I will choose not to disclose here, Atiku is determined to not only disqualify Tinubu but also imprison him.

So, the CSU documents will be 24 karat gold to the pursuit of disqualifying Tinubu and APC.

Let's see how Tinubu and his drug cartel navigate this one.

20/08/2023

UPDATE:

BAT has hired a team of 5 lawyers to prevent his academic records from being released to Atiku’s team. They are:

Charles Carmichael

Victor P. Henderson

Oluwole Afolabi

and 2 others

Oluwole Afolabi was brought in via a motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice which under US Law allows a Lawyer not practicing in a Jurisdiction to appear before a particular court in that Jurisdiction to become his lead Lawyer.

You can just tell that BAT definitely needs Nigerian Lawyers in court to lie unashamedly and breathe down the neck of their white colleagues to ensure anything and everything is done to block the release of those academic records that can unmask BAT - man’s true identity and bring his house of cards crashing down.

You can imagine sending an Oluwole to protect an ‘Oluwole’ alumni. Well played👏👏👏The Jokes write themselves.

The question that should be on the lips of every Nigerian is: What secret is BAT hiding in his Academic Records? Why fight so hard against its release? E GET THE MINIMUM WAEC QUALIFICATION or ITS EQUIVALENT ABI E NO GET?

Thankfully the United States has a working System where the Judiciary is perfectly insulated from any external or political interference.

The District Court for the Northern District of Illinois has given a DEADLINE of August 23 for him to file his arguments on why his records shouldn’t be released and Atiku has been given up to September 9 to RESPOND

They will grant Judgement before September 21.

So, even if Joe Biden marries BAT before then, Justice will be done!

Let the countdown begin!
