Tragedy is just too strong to powerful for the mind to fathom to be honest. The mind cannot deal with it so you have to go deeper than the mind and the place that is deeper than the mind is love, faith, hope, meaning and purpose and that's what you hold on to for your dear life and you can just forge ahead.
Some days are gonna be harder and some will be easier sometimes it's very painful and if you can move from one day to the next you get stronger whether you know it or not and what will emerge is a new person
You will see that you went through the fire and you become a more powerful person in the process

Some people don't know what it's like To live with depression and anxiety on a daily basis
But let me say, it's far one of the most difficult and outright stressful things to handle daily
Your day can be going so well and out of nowhere it hits you
You become so overwhelmed that it takes all your strength and effort to hide it while putting on a fake smile so you don't let anyone know you're suffering and the night comes and the loneliness settles in, even around people your distance so you isolate
Why well it's the only way you know how to cope with being fu**ed up in the head
This is called the emotional void

For does struggling with depression please keep your goals in mind and make sure you are actually taking steps towards them and you will feel better at some point
Recovery isn't linear but it doesn't mean you're making less progress
Just make sure you don't loss yourself in your own mind
