I somehow love this Chelsea's new coach

He's not in any way messing around ⤵️

There's this belief that players can sack coaches ( they were not the one that hired him oo) but here's the catch ⤵️

📌The coach's job is to teach his players how to implement his tactics on the pitch but will he be the one to score goals?

Nah, but if his striker constantly misses chances and the team ends up performing below par especially a big team, do you know what will mostly happen next? ⤵️

The coach together with his coaching staff gets sacked 💀

Again, if players aren't happy with the coach, they won't play with their hearts and when this happens, the team loses matches and the coach gets sacked 😂

If the Coach uses a player that's doesn't not fit into his football philosophy and this same player constantly makes mistake leading to loosing matches, the coach gets sacked 🌝

This new Chelsea coach gave the owners the names of players who doesn't fit into his football tactics and guess what...
..some of the players are the fans favourites 😂 but does that mean he should choose emotions over logic?

The ball is now on his court to do well as a coach because the fans won't waste time to call for his sack if the team doesn't perform well especially after chasing their favorite out of the club 😮‍💨
